    Default Wrongly billed for services that has never been activated

    Hi,

    My Vodafone number was charged 1808 INR extra in lieu of "Vodafone Live", a service which i have never activated or used anytime in last 6 years. I already have 299 INR unlimited corporate plan active on my number, and hence I never need any other internet services. Vodafone customer care has refused to refund my amount and stated that I have to pay the bill, since the data usage from Live has taken place.

    This is absolutely illegal, since this has happened without my wish or permission and without any notification. I dont know why they would forcibly activate a service and charge for it wrongfully. I want my money refunded. My complaint number with Vodafone in the 3rd instance has been 1317116806

    Submitted the complain in the link provided. You also could track my number from the complaint number I mentioned. I will keep the audience informed about the proceedings and the subsequent replies. This is my 5th complaint with Vodafone on this issue. Hope it gets resolved and my money refunded this time.

    I had a vodafone connection no. 9879567760(Guj) Hiral kumar trivedi...
    Vodafone charged me 3000/-(approx.) bill.......
    which is wrong I got a detailed bill for the same also but i wana settle it as soon as possible......

    I vl make the payment of 1300/- which was as per my credit limit...........ONLY......
