I prashant kumar singh using Vodafone no. 09953455675 since August 2010.and it the corporate number under the company name "Om rdianz infra pvt ltd"and the services is provided by "MATRIX' in delhi-NCR.now against this number thay have been sent a bill amount for Rs 29000 stating that I have done lots of international call from Aug-July during night time,which not possible by any mens as limit was only 1000 for a month and ISD calling was not activated,mean while thay have activated all services such as "dating numbers,voice chat,ISD,GPRS,MMS"deleberatly.I alwys tried to find out with them Please show me the detail as you are saying that I have done those calls from my handset but thay refused and wanted FIR for the same..
So it is the request to you to pls find out where is the problem since this is not a small amount I whould want revert asap.

I had 2 international sim cards for eastern europe (10 gbp plan)from matrix cellular on 22 april 2012. They took a security deposit
of rs. 12000 for the same before giving the sim.

On my return on 6 may 2012 I was issued 2 bills 1 was rental and 1 was itemized billing.
In the itemized billing the phone nos. Of the calls with most talktime were missing.
On calling the customer service I was shocked to hear that matrix had no record of these nos. And she told me I had no option but to pay for them as the bills were 'genuine'. They kept on insisting "sir, our bill is genuine and you have to pay " without giving any further details .

Furthermore , the promised usage benifit of 20 pounds on the rental scheme (10 pounds per month) was not detailed anywhere from itemized billing. Only few items were marked as 0 price and the executive told me they ate up my 20 gbp balance ! (again without any details!)

on contacting them I got a constant insistance on giving back the sim cards which I insisted on returning only after proper billing was given to me. The customer service always assured me of calling 'within 48 hours' but even after 10 days I had to call thrice and still havent got the correct bill.

On the whole their attitude seemed like 'we have got your money and you have to accept our terms if you want any of it back'. I am surprised that these guys do not understand the importance of proper billing especially in the calling card domain.

I feel helpless after giving the initial deposit.Dont know whether to settle for the incomplete(possibly incorrect?) refund and get atleast some of my money back or keep calling these guys every other day. M posting my experience so guys having similar issues with the company can build pressure on them to correct their faults.
