    SUB: MOBILE NO 9810865789
    BILL PERIOD 23.07.2009 TO 22.08.2009

    AS PER THE CALL FROM YOUR CUSTOMER CARE DIVISION ON 13.08.2009,
    WITH REFERENCE NO 947936102
    THEY PROVIDED ME
    1. 250 LOCAL MINUTES FREE AND
    2. 100 SMS FREE (LOCAL)

    NO CHARGES WERE BILLED FOR 32 SMS's SENT.
    THEN WHY FOR THIS LOCAL CALLING WHEN 250 MINUTES WERE FREE PROVIDED TO ME
    THEY HAD CHARGED ME RS. 142.36 PLUS SERVICE TAX @10.3%( RUPEES ONE HUNDRED FORTY TWO AND PAISA THIRTY SIX)AND APPLICABLE SERVICE TAx

    PLEASE REVERT BACK/REFUND THE AMOUNT AT THE EARLIEST AND INTIMATE ME ACCORDINGLY

    Pls. provide us your complete address, so according to which we can provide you the contact details of Telecom Company's Executive for your area, who is dealing with such kinds of complaints, also provide us the name of Telecom Co.
