Un-ethical moves by Airtel Dear Sir
I have been an Airtel post - paid subscriber for the past 5 years. Now
since my Company has provided me their mobile for my personal use, I had
wanted to retain my Airtel mobile number because of this I switched over
to pre-paid "Life time" from the earlier post- paid subscription. At the
time of switching over I was never informed that the phone must be used
at least once over a period of three months. I came to know about this
when I went to the customer care centre, I was shocked, had this been
told to me earlier I would have definitely ensured to use the phone at
least once a month. In fact I had pumped more than Rs 1000 /- so that it
will take care of my Life time subscription.
Inspite of several reminders Airtel has not bothered to reply to my
mails. This is totally un-ethical I was never given a chance. I
sincerely request you to take stringent action against Airtel.
Regards
