It is very sad to say that aditya birla group has requreted fools who are fooling their customers. The whole story is i have a unlimited gprs surfing package @30rs/day active on my mobile no 9689624471. Today on 9/9/9 my account balance was 124.87rs and 5rs were deducted from my account unnecessarily. I called 12345 where mr kishore entertained me he told me that i was charged surfing charge he was totally unaware about surfing and idea gprs. I leaved him their afterwards i was charged 30rs my balance was now 89.27rs still 5rs less. I again called 12345 and was entertained by some one else. After asking him about free downloading he suggested me to call 4444 he also din't have idea of idea gprs. Then i called 4444 where i was entertained by the third dumb he listened to me gentally and surely insisted that surfing is free but browsing is charged and when i asked him for what sake my 5rs were deducted he was blind. The worst thing was he disconnected the phone with a abusive language from that moment i am not able to contact 12345 or 4444 customer care official. I swear i have recordings. If idea group is not able to provide services they should BEG shouldn't ROB.

I Recharged For 50 Rs on 3rd Oct 2009...my previous balance was 1.33...n den aftr recharge it was 34.33 till 8 PM....I dint make ne cals nor activated ne packages niether ne net services....It was idle.....but i don know how ....my balance was displayed as 4.33....I'm not gettin how i lost 30 Rs..I tried customer care...but in vain.. Plz help.......

For your complaint you will have to send a written complaint to the nodal officer of the Company. Wait for the response for at least 10 days because the Nodal officer will have to provide you any solution within 10 working days. Send a written complaint and kindly revert back soon after getting any reply from him.

This to inform u that idea customer care i not working properly, below r the few examples for the same.


yesterday i have called in customer care,1st my call got connect to VISHAL SHINDE he was not ready to take complain for my number he is like what balance is deducted is Wright, but it wasn’t ask him to transfer my call to TL or floor super wiser he transfer my call to IQBAL he is spouse to be the super wiser but he disconnected the call, after that again i called up the help line then my call get connect with GANESH MASKE he has taken complain for my number after that i ask him to transfer my call to IQBAL KHAN but he transfer my call to BHUSHAN CHANDRAKANTH BARGE he was so rood and casual with me and he told me that im doing time pass on call after that he give me call closing and he kept my call on mute and the he disconnected my call after 5min,5min was totally blank.




And yes i want that call recoding to be share with me.

And also want to speech with the below agents:

Dear Sir,
I have been given Two (2), of random code’s 1) 80534467 on 23-04-12, & 2) 41101925 on 23-04-12. After being given “S.O.S.Call”,”CALL FORBID”, “No Service”, are being put on view on the monitor of the Cell phone. Now I lost my tranquil with torments of sudden disconnection.
