Despite a series of mail there is no response from airtel. Now there is a new
problem. For all my recent bills dated 20th july to 19th aug, i have been charged
a late payment fee of rs.50. How is that possible from my payment goes through my
credit card and that acknowledgement(email+sms) from the credit card
company i got on the 4th of august.
I request you to solve both the problems,-the additional charges Plus the late
payment charges by this week or else i will put up a legal case against airtel
for harrassment.

MY last request for change of 11 numbers was done and i got confirmation call also
for the same. When i queried what will be the changing date every time i was told
that the change of bill plan will be affected from the bill starting date and
hence in this case it was 20th june. But now i have received the 11 bills for all
the change has been shown from 24th june.
But since i had given the request before 20th june all plans in effect at that
time were stopped and newer plan got activated from 24th june so from 20th to 24th
all calls including CUG have been charged.
I had requested many time over the phone also and i was confirmed that the new
bill plan will be affected from the start of the billing cycle that is 20th june.
Hence i request you treat this matter very important and calculate every bill with
bill plan starting from 20th june.
Also kindly make the following changes
(1)for the mobile number 9790920275 the current plan is flex
