Since i converted my 3years old pre-paid idea connection to post-paid not even a single time till now i recieved the exact bill
I took a Idea post-paid connection which promised me 400mins of local GSM free..
When i recieved the first bill in October i was shocked to see some local gsm number where charged.. I called customer care they tried to cheat by saying u have exceeded ur free minutes so we have charged.. I sent them many mails & called several times at last the they re-funded the money into account..
Again the same thing happened in the bill i received on November 2nd.. they have again charged local gsms at 80ps.. again i called customer care several times in that month and also sent several mails.. they told the money will be adjusted in the next bill..
On the bill i received on December 3rd again i found some discrepancies, they have not made previous months refund..
I called customer care thrice on December 3rd, twice it got disconnected while addressing my complaints(don't know its network problem or customer care deliberately disconnected the call). At last a guy received the call & assured correct the problem this time as usual..
Every month Idea cellular sends wrong bill & black-mails, if bill is not paid 15th of month subscription will be disconnected & it will attract a penalty.. Customer care is unworthy.. Every time u call u have to explain the same problem repeatedly & customer has to waste his valuable time.. If u have lengthy queries the, the IDEA customer care executive will say that he cannot answer more than 3queries at a time, again u have to convince him that all ur questions is covered under the single topic then he will try to answer..
Even Calls and SMS in Idea post-paid are costly compared to other networks today.. customer has to bear idea cellular till Mobile Number Portability is launched in karnataka..
