    Default TATAINDICOM and a lesser known company SM Helpline services has mentally harassed me

    Read about Airtel services, you know what – TATA INDICOM has literally driven me nuts every alternate month. First month, there was no bill sent to me and upon repeated requests, they didn't send one and finally disconnected the services even though I made a payment without the bill. It took them a week to restore it 2-3 complaint numbers were given for the same problem.
    This month I'd dropped the bill in one of the drop boxes and they failed to collect it. But I kept
    getting sms saying I hadn't paid the bills, this time too they took a complaint and a counter complaint against the unattended complaint. Moreover none of the customer care personnel seem to know anything at all. Not one knows how much I'll be charged per minute for and ISD call to US.
    Anyone in Bangalore, incase you wish to hire the services of any agency for employing maids, drivers, please beware of SM Help line services near Marathalli. They've swindled the yearly registration amount of 2000/- bucks and provided a maid for one month only who also stopped coming. Planning to file a case in consumer court - this will be my first one.

    Angry didnt receive the monthly mobile bill

    Hello,
    My name is Sunil Kumar Yadav, mobile no.09235658828 resident of Gorakhpur.
    Since taking the connection of tata indicom till date i have not received the mobile bill at my billing address. I have to go to your office which is in Mohaddipur to collect the bill, which is actually quite a hectic job.
    As i didn't received the bill i was unable to pay the bill so, my connection goes to suspended state and i am unable to make any call, which is affecting me badly.
    Since, you are a service provider its your responsibility to deliver the bill, for this purpose i have launched a complained earlier but the complained id was not given and no steps was taken for it.
    If you can't render the the service you can disconnect the connection which will be beneficial for me.
    If you people can't render the services why you people are doing the business.
