    Default Reliance GSM Worst Service Provider

    Dear Friend,
    Hi, I am From Chennai and i am using Reliance GSM CARD From 2months, the Problem is that i have Activated 42 SMS Pack ( Local and National 400 Monthly Free) and 31 Jaadu Pack ( After 42 SMS Pack) on 15th Aug 2009. Like in 31 Jaadu Pack if u send First 3 SMS u will be charged and then u will be Receiving 750 SMS Which is Local and National SMS Daily Free. Before activating this services , I have Frequently Spoke to Customer Care that ... i asked them whether we can use this pack simultaneously...They Said that as per our information u can very much use these pack simultaneously .... After Activating it .... i started sending SMS, the SMS being charged from 42 SMS Pack.. The First 3 SMS is Getting charged from 42 Pack and now the 4th SMS is Also is Getting Charged From 42 Pack only. So i am Not Receiving the 750 SMS Credit. After that i started send message Till now its Getting Charged from SMS Pack. After i started calling customer care they had taken my complaint i have spoken to Even Supervisors they have taken Complaint . I have Stated them that Sir SMS is Getting Charged Properly from 42 Pack and Now I have to Receive 750 SMS Credit , Till Now i havent Recd. I have Frequently called up them they just take a complaint like this ``SMS Wrongly Charged`` Whereas i have never stated to them like this. So Today(22/08/2009) I called them stating my Problem, They are saying now That sir First 42 SMS Pack is Over Then Only it is Possible to use The Benefit of 31 Jaadu Pack.. I have suffered Lot Stress and now having headache...now what to do.... This is Really Ridiculous and irritating to me.. Such type Misguiding and Misleadings by Reliance Customer Care is not Acceptable...

    Exclamation Wrong balance deduction

    Hi,

    I am neeraj Kumar from Pune ( Maharashtra )( 9579649160 ).I have STD minutes & local Minutes with my main balance. So if I call a local Number or a STD No. my minutes will be deducted but my mainbalance remains same.

    But on 23ed Sep my balance decreases from 54 to 37.

    I have talked to Customer care so many times but they have no explanation about this.

    Plz tell me e-mail ID of Nodal Officer of Reliance GSM Prepaid Maharashtra region.

    Dear Advocate,
    I Have Contacted Many times to Them but there is no reply for this issue. As they say me that it was technical mistake and u cannot club the both the packs. I asked them when i was informed that u can very much use the service simaltaneously and have the benefits. Now its irritating now. Could Just tell me whether we can move to consumer court for this. If Yes, Then tell me in which manner i have to file the formalities .

    Dear Sir,I am Praveen... I took Relaince GSM SIM 10-15 days before... on the very first day my sim got activated.... NUM- +918010480970... But on 27 jan 2012 the sim got barred... all my services were cancelled... i need net on a 24/7 basis... i cntctcd the reliance customer complaint help line num-198, today and they told that they have not recivd the dox... I cnctd the shop dealer who had given the sim to me.. he said the dox have been sent, there is no prbloem frm the agent side but there is some problem from relaince company since 2 months... he was not ready to tell the distrubters name... anyhow i got to knw that the distrubtor is "M U B DISTRIBUTOR, Najafargh, DELHI-37 "... I spoke to the cm they clearly said that there is no such prb frm RELAINCE company... Plz Do hlp me the same.... The Shop owner is saying to submit the id proof again and he even says that i can submit any add proof... how do i snd any other ID Proof wheni have already submitted the other ID proof... PLZ PLZ do hlp me with the same... the sim was taken frm BIJWASAN NEW DELHI, near IGI CISF Camp....
