Airtel looted me.. Any idea what I can do against them? Insist that you get the supervisor on line, and take his/her mobile number where you can follow up. I have found it work at least in one case, where the issue was very urgent to me, and I just didnt budge. Yes, but it takes a lot of patience, logic, maneovering because all the call takers are kind of well trained to avoid accountability. Is BSNL any different? Can you get a person on the phone in the first instance?

One more thing about AirTel.
Call to customer care from any AirTel Prepaid no. and ask about Postpaid schemes.
They will reply that for getting information about postpaid scheme, you have to call from any AirTel postpaid no. So for getting information, their mood is also important.
