    dear sir/madam,

    I acknowledge the receipt of your mail dt. 21st aug 2009 . I would like to submit
    the following details :
    I have paid rs.3406.15 wide cheque no.388816 dt.20th aug 2009 drawn on dena bank ,
    zaveri bazaar branch favoring vodafone.
    The second cheque of rs.5040 favouring vodafone drawn on dena bank , zaveri bazaar
    branch will be dropped on 22nd aug 2009 and the cheque no. is 388817.
    I want to discontinue vodafone radio also. Please do the same at the earliest.
    I thank you very much for resolving my problem and activating my mobile no. As
    assured by you please ensure the reversal/credit of rs.3600 in my bill for the
    period ending on 4th sept 2009. At the same time please donot charge monthly rental
    or any charges for the period of disactivation of my no.I request you to keep my DND
    activated so that call centres donot bother me .

    * Postpaid to Prepaid Migration form..( Form enclosed)
    * Address proof copy (latest electricity / MTNL telephone landline bill copy)
    * Photo ID proof (driver’s license / passport copy)
    * 2 passport size photographs

    Charges applicable are as follows:

    * Recharge your prepaid account with sufficient talk time
    * Rs. 49 for the new Vodafone prepaid SIM card
    * Any outstanding and all unbilled amount (if any) would require to be cleared

    You can submit the documents at the nearest Vodafone Store. Attached with this email
    is a file containing addresses of Vodafone Stores in Mumbai (Vodafone Store.pdf).

    The account will be converted within 4 hours. Your mobile number remains the same.

    As per message
    received on your behalf i had provided my temparary no. via email dated 19th
    aug 2009 . In this regard your representative called me today i.e. 20th aug
    2009 at 18:20 hrs from vodafone no. 9769013333 . I have to state as under :
    1. my matter was not
    answered properly .
    2. I was told not to
    write to you i .e. Laxmi Bhan . I
    would like to know whether it is an offence to write to you then kindly inform
    me so that i can understand that you are not intrested in addressing my matter
    properly.
    3. I want you to prove
    that how and when i have dialled no. 9820011110 which still remains unanswered.
    4. i want to know with
    whose consent vodafone has activated my voicemail.
    5. I want to know with
    whose consent my nos. were shared by you to call centres/militants/gundas.
    6.I want to know with
    whose consent and why were my calls diverted and where.
    7.Inspite of my paying
    rs. 75 per month for itemised billing why i am not provided the information
    about the outgoing calls which are made by me aganist the no.9820011110 wrongly
    indicated by you.
    8.I was informed that
    9820011110 is appering aganist the unattended incoming calls, why are you not
    providing me the details and nos. of the incoming callswhich is wrongly charged
    by you as outgoing calls. I would request you as well as honourable
    commissioner of police mumbai to help me by intervening in the matter to know
    the exact culprits.
    9.Instead of the mails
    sent to you in the past i am being given false and incorrect replies .
    copies of this mail
    sent to trai , mumbai grahak panchayat , consumer court and ncdrc and
    honourable commissioner of police specially to help me to identify the real
    culprits since vodafone people are hiding the nos. who may be militants.

    Default Vodafone deducting money in the form of value added sevices

    Iam using vodafone prepaid mobile.
    last month for many value-added services amount got deducted nearly Rs.120,its big loss I didn't anything refund. Then I got shocked and called to customer care & found out what all value-added services active in account.Then they told that Tennis news & stocknews are active in my account.So,immediately I have deactivated. I have conformed with customer care as no value added services active other than Rs.77 for STD Rs.1/Min & Local Rs.0.50/Min for 3 months.
    Tennis & Stock related any news iam not getting after deactivation.But today at 5PM Rs.28 deducted,Iam shocked. And I called customer care they told that for SMS package I have activated,sometimes telling Stock news deduction like that.But Stock & Tennis related news I didn't get after deactivation,but they r telling sometimes it is stock news deduction & sometimes it is SMS package deduction.
    I have felt so desperate that without my knowledge money is getting deducted from my prepaid mobile account of Vodafone.
    My mobile number is 09620347904.
    Please give idea How can taken action against the company for these deductions without my knowledge.

    sir,
    i've been a kerala vodafone postpaid user for 6 months using the no. 9946901319.As i was going abroad i decided to cut the connection.When i went to the Alwaye Vodafone Care Office (Ernakulam Dist.)the Executives told me that i've to wait till 21st March because that is my billing date and i was not to make any calls on 22nd march onwards as it'll get billed on april's bill.On 21st when i was making a call, my outgoing was cut at 11:37 p.m.I couldn't go to Vodafone Office on 22nd & when i went to the vodafone office 3 days later they said i can cut my connection on april 22nd only as i was 3 days late.when i enquired whether i've to pay the april month's bill they said "No,as i haven't made any calls they can waiver it & also said that the connection is suspended so i don't have to bother to cut it as it'll be cancelled in 45 days".As i was going in a few weeks i thought that will be better i made my remaning payment and left.But now i've been getting e-mail that i've paid 2 months Rental bill April and june(bills for which i'ven't made calls only Rent) and if i dont pay they move againts me legally. PLEASE ADVICE will this be any problem??

    Arrow money deduction without cause

    My cantact no. is 9780975974 and my complaint is that vodafone deducted Rs.30 (twice) without any cause.
    I strongly recommend that-:

    I want that they refund my money, i am totally disturbed by the vodafone service...

    VODAFONE is only a FRAUD COMPANY nothing else. There mind set now a days is to replace Hutch posters etc with the new vodafone.

    My personal openion now is ONLY BSNL in India is providing the best services rest ALL ARE USELESS, Government Organizations are even better than Vodafone.

    I strongly recommend that NoOne should go for their CHEAP & ROUGH Services else you will get your money to the DUSTBIN.

    Default Vodafone- Roaming Bills Fraud

    Hello All Vodafone Users,
    Pls check ur all roaming bills details properly, there is some major technical error which effect ur call charges.
    Vodafone making CRORES of rupees every month.....
    There are some duration mismatch in mostly every roaming bills...WHO enjoy the EXTRA revenue collected from customers. A big GAME created by raoming/Home operators.
    I have all the valid evidance to prove this ROAMING BILL "SCAM".

    Default application for Postpaid

    Hi,
    My name is Kirti Koli My # 9920435140 I and my husband applied for Post paid on his name and documents i.e. Nizam Khan for the #'s 9920552655 and 9920554155 from a mini store inbandra we submited the document on the 10th of sep and they said that the service will be startes on the 11th eve but not done
    when called the contact center
    1st agent said that it will be started i 2hrs as he is sending a request which means that he was able to locate the a/c
    2nd agent told that he is not able to locate the a/c still he will send a reques and in 2hrs #'s should get started
    3rd agent said that credit check is letf and it will take 24hrs and hung up on me when called back to speak to supervisor the 4th agent said that supervisor is not available after 10:00hrs and the a/c will be activated in 48hrs as verification is not done and then the # form which i was contacting customer service 9920435140 to 98009800 vodaphone customer care was blocked i was not allowed to call them for the status and if they have reason that i have abused that is wrong i can prove if they have the calls recorded
    my problem is no one is giving me right information so that i could switch the companies if they say that they cannot provide service
    and i want to take action as the ministore is giving me a runarround as we have to submit many documents and till today the service is no active

    i am sorry to disturb you...

    first of all, after rifilling my account my balance was rs 125 but after 3 days of it's use a sms came and rs 30 was deductd from my account for callertunes, but i am sure thet i have not demanded for caller tunes...
    and my second complaint is about my documents... i submitted all required my documents to the associative but now few days back i got a sms to submit all the required documents, but i have submitted all of it... so i want the details abotu the documents to be submitted...

    For your complaint you will have to send a written complaint to the nodal officer of the Company. Pls. provide us your complete residential address as soon as possible, to get the contact details of your Area Circle, Nodal officer.

    Your employee name Chetan Tawasalkar,telphn nos:9320195543,from the khar branch,who has visited for varification on 28/12/2009 between 3:00 to 4:00 pm has spoken very rudely and behaved in an extremly ill manner inspite of all the co-operation made by us.he was speaking in a very rude tone n shouting loudly on top of his voice on the road side standing between the people,which was absolute ambrassing and cont doing the same inspite of requesting him to be polite.
    Please take take some action.
