I have paid rs.3406.15 wide cheque no.388816 dt.20th aug 2009 drawn on dena bank ,
zaveri bazaar branch favoring vodafone.
The second cheque of rs.5040 favouring vodafone drawn on dena bank , zaveri bazaar
branch will be dropped on 22nd aug 2009 and the cheque no. is 388817.
I want to discontinue vodafone radio also. Please do the same at the earliest.
I thank you very much for resolving my problem and activating my mobile no. As
assured by you please ensure the reversal/credit of rs.3600 in my bill for the
period ending on 4th sept 2009. At the same time please donot charge monthly rental
or any charges for the period of disactivation of my no.I request you to keep my DND
activated so that call centres donot bother me .

1. my matter was not
answered properly .
2. I was told not to

would like to know whether it is an offence to write to you then kindly inform
me so that i can understand that you are not intrested in addressing my matter
properly.
3. I want you to prove
that how and when i have dialled no. 9820011110 which still remains unanswered.
4. i want to know with
whose consent vodafone has activated my voicemail.
5. I want to know with
whose consent my nos. were shared by you to call centres/militants/gundas.
6.I want to know with
whose consent and why were my calls diverted and where.
7.Inspite of my paying
rs. 75 per month for itemised billing why i am not provided the information
about the outgoing calls which are made by me aganist the no.9820011110 wrongly
indicated by you.
8.I was informed that
9820011110 is appering aganist the unattended incoming calls, why are you not
providing me the details and nos. of the incoming callswhich is wrongly charged
by you as outgoing calls. I would request you as well as honourable
commissioner of police mumbai to help me by intervening in the matter to know
the exact culprits.
9.Instead of the mails
sent to you in the past i am being given false and incorrect replies .

sent to trai , mumbai grahak panchayat , consumer court and ncdrc and
honourable commissioner of police specially to help me to identify the real
culprits since vodafone people are hiding the nos. who may be militants.
