    Default complaint for cug connections

    I have 12 cug no. with 199 cug plan. in theses all numbers cug calls are being charged i have made complaint earlier also in nearer vodafone office. I have given my complaint in written also but no steps has been taken yet.my 12 nos. are

    For gods sake plz let me know the VODAFONE customer care number!!!!
    the 111 number cant be dialled to reach a customer care executive. It forwards you to the list of offers only…I have been trying to contact the executives for the past one week…..plz help…

    Default calls and messages from unknown numbers

    Dear Sir/madam,
    I am a vodafone subscriber.... for the past 15 days, i have been getting calls from various airtel numbers.... few of them are... +919535090811,+918123426433,+918095779052,+9845542 103.... All these are made by the same person as the voice from the other end is always the same.... he doesnot use any abusive language but it is very irritating to be disturbed like this... Please help me with this.

    Default iresponce of vodafone peoples

    i am don george voda fone no holder .mumbai( 9930567690). my nomber has barred 9 times .last 8 time i submitted my id proof original aswelas xerox in andheri w vodafone costemer care center .they r varifingng my original and giving promise it will not happwnt again .and the same story is hapening .i was given my pasport id proof and the vodafone people is updated in their online systom i had submited my voter id card wich still i dond have . they are sayng happy to help .but we getting better experiance

    my self manoj shinde my no is +91-9619864054 i want convert my number postpaid to prepaid this is because my sim is from mumbai i leave in mahad so i have faceing roeming charges so do as soon as possible.any proseture u hav doing you should intemate me.

    I am one of the vodafone prepaid subscriber. My mobile No. is 9703418415. i have Seconds pulse billing but deducting each call one rupee. how can i resolve this problem. vodafone customer care is not responding.

    Angry about complaint

    my mobile no. is 8007123071 i dont using this phone no. from 1 mounth.today when i give this card(vodafone) & kept in my phone that time it give a UNREGRESTET title.i am very sad of this.please repair this & i want to use my sim card THANKS

Since, this condition was not fulfilled, the services on your Vodafone number are deactivated.     Default Charges for services not used

    hi,
    My name is Preyash and my no. is 9833633070...I have been charged RS. 30 for Missed Call Intimation(MCI) in my previous bill cycle.On 3-12-10,i got a msg on my phone saying that MCi was going to be activated within 4 hrs...I immediately called up 198 n one of your customer call executives,'Mr.CHIRANJIV PAL' advised me how to deactivate this service.Within 10 mins i got another msg from Vodafone Care saying that the service would b deactivate within max 4 hours.The service was then deactivated on that very day.

    Then too I have been charged RS. 30....Please give idea How action can be taken against the company for these deductions..I want that they refund my money, i am totally disturbed by the vodafone service...
