    I wants to raise a issue about your KYC compliance policy. You have allocated a connection – 9819715578 without valid documents. I afraid my lease and rent agreement is used as a address proof to take connection without my permission and knowledge. How can you allocate a connection on the basis of another persons address proof? Kindly take this case on priority basis and investigate the matter. If you found any thing wrong then please block the SIM. Other wise I will raise my concerns with TRAI or DOT or other appropriate platform. You can call me for any clarification.

    Harjesh transferred my call to Neha I make her understood each and every stuff again from starting she again confirmed me that I’ll change your plan to “ADANCE RENTAL PLAN”.I even told her that I want to discontinue my number she said no issues she given me a request no: “2138810152”that your plan will get changed in next 24 hours you’ll not get the confirmation for the same.

    NO RESOLUTION SO FAR

    I waited for next 24 hours

    I confirmed from him that I have received an SMS from VODAFONE stating “YOUR PLAN SUCCESSFULLY CHANGED TO BUMPER PLAN” he again confirmed me SIR Advance Rental plan is coming in Pending Status this will get activated by today night.

    I called him today morning I explained full stuff to him, he putted my call on hold for half an hour time.

    Finally today morning I have spoken with Mohit Malhotra (Team Leader) I have got no solution so far….HE HAS AGAIN ASKED FOR A TAT of 48hrs.

    I have written each and everything in detail just due to this reason that

    Is this the service you provide to 2 YEAR OLD CUSTOMER?


    YOU ARE FORCING ME TO STOP YOUR PAYMENTS UNTIL AND UNLESS I’LL GET THE SOLUTION FOR THE SAME OR I’LL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT WITH YOU AND MIGRATING TOWARDS AIRTEL.

    I’ll BE BRINGING THIS MATTER INFRONT OF MEDIA THAT THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE YOU HIRE FOR VODAFONE AND I’LL BE MAKING THIS PAYMENT IN CONSUMER COURT.

    Either I want my ADVANCE RENTAL PLAN BACK OR I WANT " FAMILY N FRIENDS PACK ACTIVATED ON THE SAME NUMBER MAY BE ON BUMPER PLAN ( IN WHICH CALL FOR ONE NUMBER CAN BE 10 PAISA ).

    Now my plan has changed to ADVANCE RENTAL PLAN but they have deactivated my services.

    Request you to confirm the status for the same ASAP.

    Default Charged twice Debit lifetime fee retension (Rs 250 Extra)

    Dear Sir,

    Last Month i was visited your vodafone store Sector 18 noida. I am going for disconnecting my Mobile no 9999479976.But the retention person(Mr.Abhishek) tell don't disconnect your mobile no.I'l transfer your plan to lifetime postpaid 999. your rental 49 only. i am taking std pack @ 49 rupees and my hello tune charges is @30.

    At that he was transfer my plan to lifetime postpaid.he told me that I will give u discount if u will convert to your lifetime postpaid.after that he has taken the request & he tell me no need to pay the more money i will deduct advance rental to your security deposit & the rental deduct to my advance security @ 250 after giving me all the discounts. he told me that in your next month bill no advance rental will deduct but i receive the bill rs 447.60 advance rental again in my monthly bill..what is this..

    The advance rental is deduct last month from my advance security so why this is showing and why they are charging advance clip charges and why they are charging two times on my number & also two types of STD plans on my number.

    Last month your i have visited your vodafone store & the Retention person tell no extra charges will deduct to next bill....what is this..

    Two times deduct clip charges advance rental,two times deduct std plan .....


    After receive my bill online Recently talk to Mr Arpit in customer care i just discussing with him why the rental is showing more..why they r taking two times security after that he was cut the phone...

    again i am trying to call customer care and talk with Mr Yashwant & he tell me this (H) Misc credit / charges 447.60 is your advance rental..


    why they are taking two times rental....and he told me to go vodafone store and solve the problem. I am a professional guy i am not having more time to go again and again at Vodafone store. Tell me why this happen.

    I am attaching my vodafone bill on this month please look into this & revert me back soon....

    i have already contact in ur nodel officer Miss.[ jency but there is no use. u want to be the VOICE RECORINGS Miss JENCY with me ? i have alredy sent to this recordings and more recodings of chat services details to jency. but jency foolish to me . jency & vodophone custemer care also cheating & foolish to me. so u have no action take to this problems so i want to be this wrritten explanation or call to me(9946968020)

    Default vodafone bill problem

    I had paid an amount of Rs.400/- on 03-03-10 and an amount of Rs. 700 on 11-03-10 to vodafone collection centre with receipt no. 13345 and 172090 respectively againt my bill of Rs. 1084/- for mobile phone no.9648224488 but every now and then my phone keeps getting disconnected and this girl Ms.Harsha keeps calling from vodafone and keeps asking me about my rceipt details even after giving it to her so many times.She is so rude on the phone as if she is doing some kind of favour for me by updating my bill.In february also this problem kept disturbing me but vodafone people did not respond to me.

    Dear sir/madam,
    My name is Kiran Patil and mobile no is 9820289589. This is very serious incident happen with me in your Vodafone store that I would like to share with you. You may take is as complaint or anything else but make serious note of the matter.

    Yesterday I had been to your Vodafone store situated at J B nagar Andheri east, I had some query regarding my billing address and even I wanted to purchase new numbers also. But the kind of service I have received that really hurt my sentiments and which made me afraid to use Vodafone any more.

    I wanted to change my address for and for that I went to ask about the documentation procedure in store, your executive named Ibrahim was assisting me on the counter but he couldn’t able to solve the problem, I have no issues that the problem can not be solved or anything but I HAVE COMPLAINT WITH THE BEHAVIOR OF YOUR EXECUTIVE AND THE SUPERVISOR.

    The treatment which I received there is unexpected and totally ridiculous. The executive was not at all supportive and co- operative and he was seems to be not willing to help me out with the issue, not even telling me that why he can’t help me with the thing?

    He was totally rude, arrogant, showing an attitude towards me though I was polite with him, I was seeking for help and there was no courteousness in his voice and behavior. He had decided not to help me out of the matter, though I requested to help me on the issue or give me some solution out of it, he kept me hanging like that and not even paying attention to me. In between he was mumbling few words also that I couldn’t catch at the moment. He was talking with executive near to him named Afique. But no attention over me.

    When I asked him “will you please help me with this or should I leave” then he said “you may leave and see that it can be solved with other store which in the west”. It was totally shock for me. Then after I told him that “I am really feeling bad about the treatment, you may please call your supervisor”. He did not even listen me and keep talking to other executive and cracking jokes on the counter with lady executives. They were just testing my patience. I felt to shout for help on matter but kept my self calm and cool.

    Then literally I begged your executive to call your superior and have some clue out of it, after then he smiled at my weird face and then he went to his superior.

    This issue has more and more bomb blasting experiences in basket to come after one another. That was really ashamed me to visit your store and using your services, so called customer service.

    When he went to that lady she seems to be the supervisor over there, her name tag was SWAPNA. She had word with him and both laughed looking at me. She blinked her left eye towards him and he came laughing at the counter. He said, she is busy and cant talk to you and you can leave if you want and check with other store. I got angry and said, I need to discontinue the account right now. He laughed and said go to other store and do it. I said I will complaint against you, then again he laughed and went to the lady SWAPNA and she looked at me and they exchanged some comments those I heard that is “these GHATIS wont understand the simple language and these are shameless, don’t entertain him, tell him to leave”. “If he wants to discontinue the account ask him t move to another store and tell him we won’t do that in this store”.

    When came back he shared the comment with AFIQUE they both laughed at me and came out of the store with abuse I could say. I had tears in my eyes when I came out.

    I tried to loge the complaint against the Swapna and Ibrahim on 111 but Salma and Hardik both had same story and same experience. Then I decided to highlight it to the higher authority and I am escalating to you.

    I have high regret that I am using Vodafone, you people talking about the best customer service but this is the worst. The executive had arrogance but the lady has more than him and highly egoistic, the treatment and service I received is unexpected and rude, ignorant kind. I could understand the maturity level of the executive and his limitations but the lady which has the better post more knowledge and experience with responsibilities, but it was not there. She was more arrogant and abusive I will state, she used the word GHATIS. This has really hurt my feelings. We are maharashtrians and we came to Mumbai for survival it doesn’t mean that you will abuse with this kind of statements. Its totally regionalism kind of harassment, we are poor, our language has the accent that we cant change which is given by our parents and the area where we leave, but commenting on such things is the most abusive part. As if you don’t want to help-don’t help but at least don’t use these kinds of things.

    Sir/ madam I am the only who is reverting you on the matter but there might be 1000 customers who had been treated like this, this one example which I am highlighting on right time. However these employees must have received appreciation from any other customer but the appreciation by user and your company must have developed the ego; these kinds of employees even don’t fear to abuse or treat the customer such as they are the bosses.

    I suggest you this, if this is the customer service and treatment you have, you need to correct it, I really appreciate the union and understanding between the employees of your store, but use it in good manner and for helping users like me. I am afraid to tell you that
    I will not use your services any more and I may complaint to TRI if the proper strict action will not be taken against these two peoples, specially that lady who called me GHATI, we proud to be GHATI. She didn’t even ask me to wait for assistance and respect towards the customer, showing attitude, commenting, laughing and blinking eye to give clue not to help the customer is totally ridiculous.

    You need to work on this; I don’t want any apology but want immediate and high level action on these guys. Your company has recognition in the market but these guys spoiling it, not with big users, high-fi, and rich but with poor class and those who don’t have idea about their rights as Vodafone customer.

    My request to you, take action on these guys on the basis of not supporting, not helping, abusing and making fun out of me. My sentiments are badly got hurt, I had tears in my eyes, I was helpless in the store and they were laughing at my situation’s I couldn’t slept whole night and was thinking about the matter. They were showing attitude and suggesting me like no one can ask them.

    Sir/ madam, I hope your have understood my situation and issue. I won’t have any thing to do with the issue of change of address but take action against the behavior of IBRAHIM and SWAPNA.
    My sole has only one question, Is it wrong to be born as GHATI? Or is it wrong to use Vodafone?

    I have escalated it to you because all other were can’t, might be these guys have better position there. I have no issue with what are they? But why they are like this? In future these guys will make more problems to you, stop and take action on them, my sole crying from core of heart and asking for justice.

    I have only hope remain with you.

    Kindly don not reveal my name or number to these kind of people after your action they might do anything to me, because I could feel the DADAGIRI kind of behavior with them.

    I am waiting for you reply and action against these.

    MOB.NO-98886-73077, WE DONT ACTIVATE ANY CALLER TUNE ON MY VODAFONE NO. BUT WE GET SHOCKED TO KNOW FROM OTHERS THOSE WHO CALLING US.SO YOU ARE REQUESTED TO DEACTIVATE THIS SERVICE FOR-EVER AND RETURN OUR DEDUCTED PAYMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
