    Default DOCUMENTS MISUSED by VODAFONE DEALER AND SERVICES and CUSTOMER CARE NIGHTMARE

    On Saturday 26th December I, Rohit Grover, bought a new sim no. from SHINE COMMUNICATION SECTOR 14 Gurgaon from the guy named PANKAJ. I submitted him copy of my PASSPORT & a photograph and paid Rs 200 for the new sim. During this week I got calls on frequent basis from Vodafone that my documents have not been submitted and whenever I got back in touch with this guy he told me that no need to worry it’s just that they (Vodafone store guy) took documents on Monday. Do not worry my no won’t be barred. Finally on Saturday 2nd January outgoing from my no got barred. I called this guy Pankaj and he told me every time he has sent he documents, though he did not show me the receipt that he has sent the documents. All i could do was believe or not believe his word of mouth. Later on I called customer care which had no idea of how to deal with this issue. Every guy i talked on customer care except on told me he/ she would transfer the call to senior executive that was cut later on without any response. Only Anamika was better though she admitted that she did not have much information on this and she would transfer the call to senior and she came back and told me senior was busy and asked me to call after sometime. Else there was one guy who was very rude. They told me to go to Vodafone store and write a complaint there.
    I went to VODAFONE CENTRE nearby NEHRU PLACE where I had another harrowing experience. I had to wait there for 50 mins. I saw two old guys above 60 waiting for an hour and crowd was getting larger and losing patience. For just a 5 min thing I had to wait for 50 mins and am sure I am not the only one. Now what they told me that they cannot help me and I have to send a mail to Vodafone care something something.
    In a nutshell my problems are:
    1. Why is my no barred? If document has not been submitted by dealer whose fault is it?
    2. Vodafone dealers do not know how to behave with a customer. Who tackles to this issue? This guy pankaj told me Ja kuchh karle main nahi bhej raha tere documents, nahi kar raha tera sim chalo, ab FIR ke baad hi karonga ja karle kuchh bhi.
    3. These dealers they never give customers any proof that sims have been bought from this place. When you would call him up he would say I did not buy. How do I prove it? It happens at every dealer. (CUSOMTER CARE GUY told me that the proof can be arranged form Vodafone as there is some stamped paper that he submits when he issues a new no to Vodafone). I hope you will get the information from there. Am sure there is soem guy from Vodafone store helping him in these issues. ( as he started my no on sat 26th only in 15 mins when I submitted his documents)
    4. Is this the responsibility of a customer to travel places, dealer, customer care then stores and then back to this? What is Vodafone providing his customers – a harrowing tour package or a sim with loads of worries?
    5. What is this customer care and service all about? People out there do not have proper information, senior executives do not talk and some guys they keep you waiting n then hang up?
    6. WHO HAS MY DOCUMENTS NOW? Is Vodafone back to what is in trouble for? Misusing it’s customers documents? Who takes the responsibility of that?
    7. Regarding you saying go to a Vodafone store and buy the sim, everyone knows that they are also not very honest guys. They have been involved in past in such misplacement of documents thing. One store sells sim for 300 while standard price is 100. How can one trust any authorised Vodafone store when
    a. They make you wait for hours
    b. When they are involved in such scams
    c. When they sell sims at higher prices.
    8. Is the customer god for you. Honestly after going through all this I personally think that customer is nothing for you.
    9. One more thing I had such problems 3-4 years even with my mother’s no . We submitted documents almost every fifth day to Vodafone store kamla park Gurgaon and every next day we got the call our documents have not been submitted.
    10. Can a big giant likes yours not handle its dealers well? Is your distribution system seriously at risk? Are your customers in danger of losing their submitted documents to any rogue? Is Vodafone going to ever wake up?
    SO TRUSTING VODAFONE< VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE & specially VODAFONE STORES & MINI STORES is no where in the picture.
    As of now what I’m going to do is file an FIR against this guy so that my documents are not misused in any way

    Default Wrong information given by vodafone team

    am an Vodafone customer from last 2 years and 2 months I have got this number on 8th Feb 2007.My number is 9811005676 mailing address 283 / 206 Vishnu Garden Gali No. 7 New Delhi – 110018.

    I am using ADVANCE RENTAL PLAN – T 298 from last 2 years in which I have to give a rent of Rs 998/- every year in Feb. I have activated two services on my number “ Family N Friends Pack” and “ SMS 30 “

    NITIN:
    I have spoken with agent name NITN that I want to change my plan but my 2 services “Family N Friends and “SMS 30” should not get deactivated. He has confirmed me that these two services will not get deactivated and he has confirmed the same thing 5 to 6 times during a call, he SMS me the same thing regarding 249 bumper plan and I have sended the SMS to you people regarding activating the bumper plan with the hope that my both services will remain activated.


    HARJESH:
    After an hour time I again called up to confirm the same thing I spoken with Harjesh he told me there is no way by which you can activate both the services on bumper plan.

    NEHA:
    Harjesh transferred my call to Neha I make her understood each and every stuff again from starting she again confirmed me that I’ll change your plan to “ADANCE RENTAL PLAN”.I even told her that I want to discontinue my number she said no issues she given me a request no: “2138810152”that your plan will get changed in next 24 hours you’ll not get the confirmation for the same.

    NO RESOLUTION SO FAR

    I waited for next 24 hours

    I confirmed from him that I have received an SMS from VODAFONE stating “YOUR PLAN SUCCESSFULLY CHANGED TO BUMPER PLAN” he again confirmed me SIR Advance Rental plan is coming in Pending Status this will get activated by today night.

    I called him today morning I explained full stuff to him, he putted my call on hold for half an hour time.

    Finally today morning I have spoken with Mohit Malhotra (Team Leader) I have got no solution so far….HE HAS AGAIN ASKED FOR A TAT of 48hrs.

    I have written each and everything in detail just due to this reason that

    Is this the service you provide to 2 YEAR OLD CUSTOMER?


    YOU ARE FORCING ME TO STOP YOUR PAYMENTS UNTIL AND UNLESS I’LL GET THE SOLUTION FOR THE SAME OR I’LL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT WITH YOU AND MIGRATING TOWARDS AIRTEL.

    I’ll BE BRINGING THIS MATTER INFRONT OF MEDIA THAT THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE YOU HIRE FOR VODAFONE AND I’LL BE MAKING THIS PAYMENT IN CONSUMER COURT.

    Either I want my ADVANCE RENTAL PLAN BACK OR I WANT " FAMILY N FRIENDS PACK ACTIVATED ON THE SAME NUMBER MAY BE ON BUMPER PLAN ( IN WHICH CALL FOR ONE NUMBER CAN BE 10 PAISA ).

    Now my plan has changed to ADVANCE RENTAL PLAN but they have deactivated my services.

    Request you to confirm the status for the same ASAP.

    i had gone to the sv rd khar branch thats in mumbai to tell them i wanted to go for prepaid as my bill was coming too much. i spoke to mr sohai and his team leader and they assured me that they will waive out the rental which was 399 and their would not be any rental . later i spoke to customer service and they told me their dont have such a plan and my request has not been received . i have been with u for a long time and this is not what i expected from u. i want u to get in touch with me before i go to the consumer court...this service will not be tolerated. i want a explanation why they lied to me and i want a strict action to taken against them ....hope u will call a customer back ....cause he has no trust in ur people

    Default VODAFONE Fraud in the name of FnF numbers

    Respected Official,

    This is to bring to your notice that how VODAFONE is making false promises and cheating customers in the name of FnF numbers in the postpaid.

    I, Srinivas G, a resident of Hyderabad, using my Vodafone postpaid connection with the number 9885336679 almost from 5Yrs, from when it was used to be HUTCH.My connction activation date is 10-02-2006(as per vodafone portal records).

    I was migrated to the plan 399 Full talk value in the month of FEB 2006 and as per the plan they r offering 800mins of free outgoing calls to any mobile across networks @49ps/min...and the offered an FnF number @10ps/min.

    As a loyal Vodafone customer, i started using tat plan without checking out anything further in the bill. Now on dated 19-02-2010,i requested again for a plan change to 199rs rental with 199mins of local free o/g calls and 199 free sms.And again i requested to continue the same number in FnF offer.They said it will cost me 15rs of rental and 20ps/min call charge.

    At this point i checked out my previous bills online and tried to calculate the usage and breakups for an estimation.Now this FnF fraud came into light.

    Right from the month of activation in 1996 feb, All the calls including FnF number calls and regular o/g local calls were charged as same, on the bases of free mins(800) and once i reach the 800 free mins of counter,the o/g calls was charged on their respective tariff,i.e...all o/g calls @ 49ps/min...and.... FnF no. calls @10ps/min.

    But within the range of 800 free calls, all FnF number calls and local calls r calculated on the mins bases. So, finally, every call @ 49ps/min only with in that 800free mins.

    As per the tariff plan, as promised, all 800 local mins should be allotted only for local o/g only @49ps/min and FnF numbers should be calculated separately,because they doesn't fall in local o/g tariff @49ps/min category and their tariff is only 10ps/min.

    But VODAFONE is not concerned about all this and trying to cheat its customers to raise its revenue.

    Pls suggest me about the action, which i should take against VODAFONE and pls make all the other customers aware of this,as they cannot observe and find it until they do in depth research on their bills

    Angry Vodafone Compaliant, Non activation of STD PACK 499 by me and non response 4rm CcareR

    now the bill for the month of January shows that there is some 530MIN STD FREE@Rs.499 (19.01.10 to 31.01.10) pack activated on my mobile which i never asked for anytime not i activated it. i fail to understand if i don't subscribe to any facility how can i be charged for it.
    moreover the customer care representative when i complained to him says that he can note it down and i will be informed within 24hrs how & when it was activated after long arguments with him that i didn't subscribed to it, but after that 4 days i didnt got any response. after 5 days to this incident i again called CCR and asked for the status of my complain then he says no complain of like this has been reported to us instead u asked us to see what was the STD PACK all about. now again long arguments and talking to senior CCR he accepts that now my complain would be registered and gave me complaint number and said that 24hrs i will receive a call and would me made aware how and when this STD PACK was activated told that till you solve my problem i wont be paying the bill. same thing happened even after 4 days i didnt got any response but i did recieve a call after 5 day( 15th feb)s to pay the bill i again told him that i havnt got solution to my problem n im not paying the bill. he assured me that i would receive call within 2 hrs but nothing happend.
    till today i m daily talking to CCR but no response.
    is it your company policy to make customer fool & cheat them?
    dont you belive in solving the Problems of customer?
    do u believe in this policy "take the money from customer by any means hook or..."?
    i haven't subscribed to STD pack anytime nor i am gonna pay for that and even after regular complaints and request my std pack wasnt unsubscribed and it as today it was unsubscribed.
    if u look over my call pattern i dont spend more than 50mins on STD then why would i be subscribing to 530 STD mins and that too costs me 499per months whereas my regular STD call charges are 1rs per min so effectively there is no saving ( rather u could say that i would be saving some .055 paisa per mins , in std pack rate comes to 0.9415 per min) so am i fool who would be subscribing to that std pack.
    i am clearing telling you that if you dont send me revised bill till them i am not paying the bill ( even my last date has gone 18th Feb) and it shouldn't reflect in my Feb bill too.
    Moreover i dont want your postpaid connection. last i can do is to convert my number into prepaid so that whenever MNP comes in i can turn to new Telecom operator (AIRTEL [Indian + Honest]) so that i can retain my number.
    Attached is .pdf version my bill wherein STD 499 pack was activated by your fraudulent means.

    im still awaitng t repsonse from the last 17 days only and same is awaited from u also. i dont understand what the word "SOON" means for the Vodafone guys bcaz untill or unless u approach the person higher to him u dnt get any response and then when u reach him the same old reply come "we will SOON approach u with t solution" and then u guys forget.
    i reported complain 2 u on 19 and today is 23 n i dnt understand why r u guys nt able to find t solution who and how my STd pack was activated. morover itz from 3rd ur not able to answer t same question. i dnt think my question need t approval of Prime Minister Mr Manmohan Singh or Mr. Obama or if it so then i m highly sorry and applogise to you for regularly bothering you about my small problem in your Multi Billion Dollar MNC.
    Morover i dont understand by the word credit limit of 3600/- which u had only increased after u werent able to answer my VMC problem. Plz elaborate on it.
    Because of non-response from you side on time i didnt paid the bill as i also warned you about the same and now my Outgoing has been barred and i would have to pay penality but im not goin to do so because it was your fault who didn't responded to me on time with solution to my problem and corrected bill removing the late fees within next 48 hrs then i am not goin to pay any amount and you would be free to approach the Legal forum to recover and meanwhile you can consider it as my 48 hrs notice failing to which i would be also free to approach the legal forum.
    Moreover i also wish to convert my number to lifetime prepaid so also let me know the procedure for the same and if it costs me more than 50 rs i dnt wish to remain the company who cheats and is a fraud company.

    Angry Prepaid to Postpaid not converted

    Sir/Madam,

    This is really a big concern and this is regarding my vodafone#9711789151 and I got call from DSA(Pace Setters Business Solution PVT. LTD.,Pitampura,New Delhi-34) to convert my prepaid account to postpaid account. Then they sent their executive to collect documents and Rs250 for activation.They told me that your number will be converted into postpaid in 72hrs. But it dint happen.So,I called customer care for times but they dint provide any information,they just said that you need to wait for the verification to be done.

    So,I went to Vodafone Store at Rajiv Chowk Metro Station,New Delhi-110001.The executive there,told me that your request for money refund is in process so If you still need to take the postpaid then you can submit Rs250 again and your number definately be converted into postpaid and unfortunately,till now I dint recieve my Rs500 and not my number is converted into postpaid.
    Please tell me what I can do to track the whole process.

    I hereby explaining the difficulty while using the Vodafone (9946441774).Please consider the complaint and do the needful.


    1 .While using Vodafone voice chat IC and chat with different person but I came to realized that their your own person appointed by you ,it vodafone I can through neccessary.

    2.I repayed the full amount with full interest only on condition that the same number will be reactivate.After receiving the amount I got the information that the number has been deactivated ,and it is impossible to activate the same number.

    3.When I intimated the above issues to your nodal officer Ms Jency ,she replied that issues could not be sorted due the de activation of sim card.After that I submitted the complaint through e mail I got the reply from Ms Jency that it will be activated at the earlist and requested me to contact the nearest Vodafone Store.

    4. I didnot get any satisfactory reply from your Nodal officer Ms Jency for my query about Voice chat (I was cheated and have realised that your own female staff had been chatting me by waisting my time and money .The above all you have exploitted the customers innocence and trust with you and I came to know that you have appointed staffs for this pity game for voice chatting.While calling your vodafone number 111 ,tells that you are not engaged such a game.
