    I have been having problems with my bill for the month of june on the vodafone number 9833116225 the half yearly blackberry plan was activated on 1st june by me at the vodafone gallery and deactivated on 4th june to be replaced by a blackberry plan offer for 399 due to a misunderstanding by your staff.I would like you to waiver the 2500 amount because although I got a call on the 29th may to activate the 399 plan I didnt get the confirmation call or message(of which i was assured).And was not aware that my half yearly plan was deactivated.anticipating your reply.

    I have lost my sim card on the number 9833116225 and have applied for a new sim by courier on 4th july which i will get by courier today.So please call on my alternate vodafone number registered to me 9819113220

    I have got the internet free in my postpaid connection than also I am not able to use my social networking site. My Other friends are using there social networking site in 99RS recharge in prepaid connection.Being a post paid customer have internet free I am not able to use the internet in my BLACKBERRY phone my friends are also using the same phone
    so please its a humble request for you to send me some setting for my blackberry phone.

    Angry retries exceeded

    I want to activate Blackberry Internet service but i am not able to send messages from my number..My number is 9581450755.
    when I am sending messages ACT BIS100 to 144 it shows RETRIES EXCEEDED.Kindly check whats wrong..its veryyy irritating.

    Default Money Deducted yet Bills Pending 2 days later

    @vodafoneindia

    I've made payment towards my 2 Vodafone no's. using IDBI net banking.
    However both my bills are still shown as pending in Vodafone accounts; and yet the cash has been deducted from my bank account.

    For my 1st number 9819543578 there were 2 failed transactions and Amount Rs. 242.94 was deducted Twice (Total Rs. 485.88) from my bank account.
    Both transaction were for Vodafone Bill No. 000000010002251872
    Transaction IDs are as given below.
    IPAY/ESHP/TECHPSL/16395739/80_Vodafone
    IPAY/ESHP/TECHPSL/16395936/80_Vodafone

    I request you to kindly accept only one of these transaction as payment for the month of June for no. 9819543578, And Refund me Rs. 242.94 from 2nd transaction.

    For my 2nd number 9819543811 these was 1 failed transaction and Amount Rs. 265.29 was deducted Once from my bank account.
    This transaction was for Vodafone Bill No. 000000010002250316
    Transaction ID is as given below.
    IPAY/ESHP/TECHPSL/16397361/80_Vodafone

    I request you to kindly accept this transaction as payment for the month of June for no. 9819543811.

    2 Days from payment both my numbers are still showing bills pending in vodafone accounts.
    13th July is due date
    for both bills. Kindly resolve this issue. And refund me the excess amount deducted.

    Default Wrongly billed 5000 and now asked to pay and it will be adjusted in future bills.

    I was charged wrongly by Vodafone Rs. 5000. This was later corrected but Vodafone is asking me to pay Rs. 5000 still and they say it will be adjusted in future.
    My actual bill comes out to Rs. 1000 and i have already paid that. They have barred my services since 4th of July. I am unable to pay such a huge amount.

    Angry Complaint Against Vodafone

    I have recently convert my postpaid connection to prepaid connection at Anand Mahal Vodafone Store,Surat.
    I have submitted all the required documents to them and my prepaid connection starts. But after one week Vodafone has stopped my outgoing by telling that we have not recived your CIF form that store has to submit.I have talked to customer care and log a complain. They promise to resolve this query within 48 hours and after 48 hours they are telling me to wait for another one day.I dont know what to do with this people. What they are required that I have submitted.

    Please help me.
