THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.....WORST RESOLUTION TIME ........LYING TO CUSTOMER IS A FASHION STATEMENT FOR VODAFONE.......PATHETIC...................I AM BEING HARASSED B'COZ I COMPLAINED AGAINST THE SUPERIORS WORKING IN VODAFONE....RESULT:MENTAL AND MONETARY HARASSMENT ...MY NUMBER WAS DISCONNECTED however still being charged .............Was told by VODAFONE EXEC:KANIKA 9873719160 (21/03/2012) 10:08 AM that I would get a refund for 9654414483 and she wud caLl to confirm on (26/03/2012) ....STILL NO CLUE .NO COMMUNICATION RECEIVED.I HAVE FILLED THE COMPLAINT FORM NUMEROUS TIMES.

Tel no. 9654401975_Cheating by Vodafone openly_trai acting as facilitator Vodafone is openly cheating customers by -
- disconnecting phone
- asking for un-billed amount
- asking for deposits being difference of unbilled amount and billed amount after discount
- billing customers for services which customer purchase as pack i.e. 1.5 GB data pack for Rs. 375/- which otherwise costs Rs. 30,000/- @ 0.02/10KB.
- disconnecting phone on the basis that credit limit exceeded which include charges for pack value as aforesaid
- not mentioning the complete name of the company and its registered office on bills and their outlets
It is all evident.

Regarding blank calls Resp. Sir,
with due regards i wish to hereby register my complaint against vodafone gujrat number 09099155396 for blank calls and wrong statements. Sir, from last 2-3 days i am getting wrong and blank calls from this number. this is very irritating and i am fed up from this. i request you to please register my complaint and take hard action in this regard.

very bad service I am Arvind Mahor, my vodafone no is 8939012635 from tamilandu telicom region.
I am really very irritated and unsatisfied with the service and customer care of vodafone. I have submitted my documents twice. still they blocked my sim. Whenever, I call at customer care, they just tell that they have not recieved documents. I had submitted my deriving license and passport and photo at a retail store at Potheri dist kancheepuram ( named Bombay store). I think these documents are more than sufficient for address and identity verification. Still they blocked sim without intimation. vodafone does not understand the criticality of matter and category of customer. Even customer care people don't know anything accept teling sorry for any fault. Even make false promisses and cut the calls in between without listening to the problem. Now, I am planning to file mental harrasment case against vodafone and fraud at consumer court because I sufferred a huge loss due sim blockage. Since, they have already taken my documents. I doubt that those docuements can be misused by vodafone itself. Since, at the time of purchase of sim, I was not given any proof of submission of documents. ( its very unprofessional ). ideally they should have called before blocking the sim, so that customer may know the exact reason but they didnt call. Now after submitting documents twice they just say we have not recieved any documents. Since, I dont have any proof of submission except retailer words. Feeling very irritated and satisfied with such service from vodafone. Now I ahve definitely planned to file a case against vodafone, since in case of any mistake form customer they immidietely charge fine, but for they their fault theny even listen to the customer even make the false promisses.
I would suggest all customer to take tough steps against vodafone, so they can take a lesson in future. For, problem just follow legal steps if you are not satisfied. I will support all of you. I am available at:

In india companies fool customer because we customers do not take legal action these fraud companies. Please file case in consumer court and police for any problem from vodafone or any company.

Vodafone Mobile No.9999320050 Respected Sir,
I have taken a postpaid plan (199) for my vadafone no.9999320050. The amount bill comes 200 to 230 approx. I want to end my postpaid connection on this number. So that I went to Vodafone Store at Navyug Market, Ghaziabad many time to close the postpaid connection. They are trailing this matter and replied that we have not prepaid sim now so you have to come next time. I went there after 10-15 days and ask about to prepaid SIM card availability. They replied, that they haven't now, you will have to come next time. After again 10-15 days I went to Vodafone Store, Navyug Market, Ghaziabad and asked them to convert my number into prepaid. They replied that you will have to pay all your outstanding with last bill + tax + full bill of current month and tax also. I hearted by this that we will not utilize service and pay for them. Vodafone also charging me miscellaneous charges+ Talk Plan Bill + Tax and add the charges of internet, which we have not used. Executives of Vodafone Store, Ghaziabad misguide us that these charges as per company policy. They are not returning my Security amount of Rs.500, which we had deposited at the time of accepted postpaid plan. We have Slip of that charge. I asked them to adjust my bill from my security deposited but they said that we can't do this that is not our company policy. you will have to pay your complete bill and after that we will process you security deposit to returned you by cheque after six months. When six months already has been completed of my postpaid connection.
Please help me sir.

Dear Vodafone People
My Vodafone postpaid No. is 9654735340 . I have blackberry plan of Rs 599 already activated on my given number. Though in the 20.05.12 t0 19.06.12 bill I have been charged extra Rs 825 in the heading Blackberry by VF in though prior bills I have nothing . Now to my understanding how am I suppose to get billed for internet charges when my blackberry plan already pay for it. Also you have spoon feeded your very miserly paid customer care executives to vomit utter non sense regarding Youtube sites and all. To give you my perspective Sir please start practicing ethically and wisely and stop making fools of your customers. Also I know everybody talk about legal actions and all but believe me I am surely going to take one as I plenty of lawyers in my due family

complaint Resp. Sir,
with due regards i wish to hereby register my complaint against vodafone delhi number 9811173992 as earlier this number was registered with my name Rohit Gandhi but due to our company plan i have changed that number to company CUG plan but from last couple of months i am getting unnecessary bills and paid the same and i have been more than 5 times to vodafone store but they are not coverting my number to prepaid. Sir, i am fedup with the postpaid services this is very irritating and i am fed up from this. i request you to please register my complaint and take hard action in this and please covert my number from postpaid to prepaid.
