    I am shailesh merchant. My number is 9819550379. I received my bill on 18.11.11 amounting to rs. 3447.89. The bill amount break up states that i have to pay rs. 2,481 for vodafone live!. I haven't used this service. I have used my house wifi connection for logging on to the internet and downloading applications from bb app world. I would request you to look into the matter and revert back as soon as possible.

    Default connection no 9819702661 roaming charge

    I am Sunil Bagde. I am using no 9819702661 since last more than 7 years under corporate plan from SBI. I got bill for the period 18.10.11 to 17.11.2011 which included outgoing roaming charges of Rs.232. I am unable to understand how i am supposed to pay this charge for one or two calls made from Nashik during last week of Oct more particularly when this charge has been done away with. I think i deserve refund of this amount

    i just want to inform you that despite submitting proper documents of billing address , still their is no proper service on your behalf , every time their is cancellation of services , i m dissappointed by your service , plz go into the matter as early as possible
    i m using 2 simcards : numbers - 9594825555 / 9594770000.

    Question Recharge is not credited to my phone

    SIR,

    I recharged my mobile of VODAPHONE through NET BANKING (Transjection ID 1G77337603-30424436168) for Rs 111on 20 NOV 2011, but AMOUNT still not credited to my CELL. (Cell No. which was recharge is 8954248714). I have tried through custmer care of Vodaphone but not result. Please do need full. Thankyou;

    Dear Team,

    I would like to file a case against vodafone for the emotional and professional damage they have done for barring my facilities for unnecessary reasons costing Rs. 15000/- (and if needed assisted with a FIR for cheating and fraud). I am already a member of consumer forum and need to seek advice to make my case stonger. I would like to submit
    the following details :
    I have paid Rs 1314/- via online payment details WSS - MCIT2659406275 on 21st Dec'11 (however due to slight confusion i made it in deposit category rather than payment/outstanding category)
    Since then i received 20 calls in every conversation i repeated same thing that I have made the payment and pls check your records.

    However all of my utter surprise they barred my services on 1st Jan and was left me alone aloof without any reasons (that impacted my business/ personal trnsactions details of that I already tabulated to be presented as required)

    I reached them and confirmed twice on 2nd & 4th January regarding my payment and transfer of funds from deposit to outstandind as necessary to which they replied will be done in 2 hours.

    Unfortunately those two hours have still not completed and none of my services are active. Assist me in making this case stronger and reach out these insane and helpless people to reimburse the financial losses i incurred.

    This is Vinay Kachhatiya and have been using Vodafone service. Number is 9833392489. Card is on the name of Ketan Chavda. I have been charged Rs.597.60 for internet usage. I have iphone handset and have been using internet through wifi. So Vodafone is charging me the above amount even when i am not using their internet services. had been to vodafone store but even they could not resolve my complaint. There is some default service activated for iphone user using vodafone for internet. I am already paying for internet to the broadband connection and do not wish to pay the same to vodafone where I dint requested or used anything.

This credit along with the applicable service tax will reflect in your bill dated 07/02/12 on page number 3 or 4 under the Miscellaneous & Credit column. We request you to kindly turn off the data services when you are using the WI-FI on your handset. We would be unable to reverse any further charges.     Thumbs down Service is not started from last monday

    Dear Sir,
    I have purchase a new data card on 14th April 2012. Vodafone executive said that your services will activate in next 48 hrs. But still I didn't get my services activate. Also regarding this I have called many times to customer care center there is no any response from their side. Also I have mail to my documents on id (prakash.nayak@vodafone.com), still there is no any response from their side.

    Plz do the needful ASAP.
