Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a CUG connection for two mobile numbers with Vodafone. Since last 4months I am facing a problem for which there is no proper resolution being provided by the provider.
Issue:
When I call to any STD mobile or landline number the other person at the receiving end will either get a blank call without any voice or a cross connection. Then I disconnect the call and dial that number again then it gets connected.
I have logged in the complaint through IVR on call and also personally at the Vodafone centre. They used to take the complaint and provide me some SMS with the complaint number and after two or three days I get an SMS saying it is resolved. But, the issue still persists. Once I got a call from some network team and they said the profile is reset and now the issue is fixed, but the issue started again from the next day.
As those calls are of STD I am being charged for all those calls and the bill is coming for a min of Rs 4000/- which means practically I should have spoke to anyone for nearly 200min a day to make this amount. I requested to revisit my bill and deduct all those calls which are less than a minute as those calls will obviously be a blank calls having this problem. As, I will be calling and say hello ..... and then disconnect the call and then try again.
There is no proper response from the provider and when the time for bill amount payment comes they start pinging me to pay the amount continuously. Till now since last 4 months I gave them a chance and paying the amount but now I really got frustrated with this provider service.
I need to either spend min of 30min on call over IVR for explaining this issue again and again for whoever picks the call and tell the issue or need to apply permission for 2hrs and go to the Vodafone centre to log the complaint.
Can anyone do me needful.
Thanks & Regards,
Shirish
