Have you gone through the itemised bill provided by them.
If yes then Tick out the nos that are unknown to you in the bill and Give a complaint providing those nos and ask them to make an enquiry and track those nos.
Or if they are charging you extra for GPRS which You don't use then try to Stop the GPRS services on your mobile and even after that if they are charging you extra then give your full details here.
Admin will surely help you out.
I am telling you this because I am also using VODAFONE from the past 9 months and earlier I was also facing the problem of high billing. I checked the itemised bill and in that I found out heavy charges for GPRS usage. I was shocked to see that bcoz I was having BSNL Braodband connection at Home and full net access at office and thus I was not at all using net/GPRS on mobile. But then I found out that My mobile handset NOKIA 5800 has so many applications and softwares installed in it that every now and then it automatically detects Net settings and many softwares are running on the basis of that GPRS.
So when I was not even aware of the GPRS connection running it was being charged as a huge amount of 1500-2000 everymonth.
Make sure for everything like that and then Provide your full necessary details here.
