plz help me there is a number of mine tata indicom postpaid in 2006 and due to some reason i am not able to pay amount in 2006 but after that i got notice from advocate on behalf of tata indicom in 2008 so suddenlly i pay whole amount 4000 approx. near to tata indicom store so i confiremed that receipt number to that advocate and suddenly after one year about that month i got notice from summon letter from court from patiala house .
plz tell me what i do i m very depress...........
