Dear Sir/Madam

I Jaspal Singh using Idea Cell Number +91-98143-04729 from last 6-7 years and i am making payments regularly without any delay. And i am having add on number +91-9855604729 which is used by my son Mr. Nirbhai Singh from last 3 years. He went on foriegn tour on 15th July,2009 and International roaming is automatically started. But when he came back from tour he found his number barred due to excessive use (as per Idea Cellular). But my son made only 4 or 5 calls only for 1 minute or less. When we recieved bill ( Bill # F./0002371633-09) their is excessive use of GPRS and charges for the same is 2461.00(only GPRS). When contacted M/s Beasley Communications, Gill Road, Ludhiana. Their employee talked to Customer Care executive on 9814012345. They told that is not GPRS charges & that is call charges. Where as another call charges are added as 242.00 (India), 240.00 (Singapore) & 315.00 (Indonesia) in respectively. After talking to costumer care executive i failed to get satisfied reply from employee of M/s Beasley Communication. Then i contacted owner of M/s Beasley communications and he told me to wait for 2-3 days and not to pay for the bill until solve the problem & my cell will not get incoming calls barred. But my add on number got incoming calls barred on 16th August. Today 19th August i failed to get satisfied reply from owner from Beasley Communications owner. Now my mobile is also completely barred. But GPRS is not used and i am harrassed by IDEA Cellular and getting business loss. Now i am informing to you and Consumer Court. If my problem will not solved in 24 hours. I will go further legal procedure.

Kindly go through email and solve my problem as soon as possible as i am getting big business loss.
