Airtel Customer Care - Badwords Complaint

    Default Airtel Customer Care - Badwords Complaint

    I don't think so that an Nation's leading Telecom Giant "AIRTEL" is using Gunda's and Rowdy's to collect their outstanding payments.

    I am a customer of Airtel - Postpaid - Tamilnadu Circle.

    I have got 2 number 9500979745 and 9500979749 with the Credit Limit of Rs.5000/- Each.

    By the month of February 10th i have traveled to Dubai and i left the 9500979749 number in my house. Which has the facility of ISD calls. By the month of April i got a mail of the bill indicating that the total outstanding as Rs.16,000/- Local Collection Manager has called me and i informed him that i will come back to india by End of April and i will check out the bill, so i can make the payment.

    We didn't receive any credit limit alert nor any call barring while crossing the crdeit limit of Rs.5000/-

    I reached india by end of April and i went to the Airtel Relationship Centre - RMS Enterprises and told them the fact. But they forced me to pay the bill. I payed Rs.11600/- by two installements each one month. I informed the collection manager that i need the reason for not barring my calls while crossing the credit limit. Then i didn't receive any updates and i left it so.

    By End of August i got a call from Airtel - Mentioning his Name as Karthi, Baskar and Shahul that they are looking for the payment of Rs.5000/- outstanding. I told that we are near Ramzan and i can't make it now, so i can check it by September month.

    But this guy starts calling all the numbers in the call logs. Even he took the numbers in my Personal number 9500979745 and call all the numbers. Three days before he started calling continuously and talking in a rubbish words.

    He started using Very bad words in Tamil and telling that he will talk only like that and no one can do anything. He used very bad words to my mom, aunt and all other relations on the date of 8th Sep 2011. By today 09th Sep 2011 i got a call from that guy at 6.45PM and i informed him that i am driving and i cant talk now. So call me back after 15Mins.

    He started scolding me very bad words and telling me that recording the calls and making the compliant to Police will not bother him and he is telling me that if i wil not pay then he will send the Gundas to my house and make me shame.

    Yesterday itself i talked with the Nodal officer and local collection manager. Then the collection manager told me that make some payment so that we can move further. I tried to call back the number and its ringing. but no one is attending the call. So i told him that i can pay only Rs.3000/- and after clearing all the problems and if he didn't apologize me then i can't make the payment.

    But that guy calling me regulalry is not accepting my words and starts using very bad words.

    The call is originating from Chandigarh - Punjab.

    The number i am receiving is +911724305843.

    If i am not receiving any positive feedback from this Airtel. Then i am going to make it further and i am planning to send a compliant to TRAI too.
