    Post Mobile plan Wrong included by airtel

    Dear Concerned,

    This is to inform you that my mobile number 9990378600 is Idea number but i had portable this to Airtel on January 2011 and airtel staff told me that you mobile plan is 249 and 200 SMS local and STD 10000 STD and local seconds are free.

    They were not included 10000 seconds and SMS in my plan till Aug 2011. I called to airtel costumer care and they said we are reversing the seconds and SMS last three months now.

    i had again called then they were agree to reversing the seconds and adding SMS in your plan but only for local.

    I asked to airtel, why you are reversing Local seconds and adjusting local SMS only. then they were answered that these are local seconds and SMS and not for STD.

    I am sure that they were told me when i had portable the service from Idea that these are STD SMS and STD and local seconds also airtel can check the record if airtel have any recording system at there end.

    Please action against airtel and revert the all STD seconds from January to till date.

    I have sent request to portable now. i don't want to use airtel service.

    Dear Mr. Rana,

    Please confirm the result of this query? i have discussed with Airtel team 5 mint back and they are saying that there is not reversal of amount in your Airtel account. Please check and revert with detail asap.

    Reminder-1

    Dear Mr. Ragna,
    Please check and revert ASAP as i am waiting for revert because i am received calls from Airtel for pending Rs.264.00.
    The are asking that when you will pay the amount Rs.264.00 and i am reverting to them that i will pay amount when i will get information posted in consumer care.
    As according to me, amount Rs.900/- extra charged to me from January 2011 to September 2011 by Airtel and i have all bills detail with extra amount charged by Airtel.
    Please inform to your team that don't call me until not received reversal from Airtel.

    Mr.. Ranga,

    I am unable to understand how you are closing the query without solution...? you are closing my the complain with a simple revert that "your concern listed dated, has been resolved " but were is solution...?

    Same amount which i have mentioned in earlier post dated 08th September and 30th September still pending in my Airtel account. Please reverse and close the same ASAP.

    Also give me cheque of amount which i have already paid to Airtel.
