    i have using the billing vodafone number past 6 month but now iwould like to disconnect the billing vodafone no.9820980003 due to my personel reason.pls. disconnect all my services to no.982098003 permanantly with immediate effect. my alternative no. for the further contact is 9028233302.

    Default Harrasment by airtel recover agent

    I had this airtel broadband connection (no. 020 41281969). I wanted to disconnect this connection so I paid all the dues till May 2011. When asked about disconnection, this representative(Mr P S kumbhar, the same guy whom I paid amount due till May) asked me to pass him a written application and said that it will be disconnected in couple of days. I passed him a written application for the same. But next month again I got a call from airtel about that months bill. However I never used it and was under the impression that it has been disconnected. Since then every time I got a call from airtel, I requested them to disconnect it. This is still going on and apparently my bill has gone up to Rs 2700/- due to monthly rental for all these months. I am sick of telling them disconnect my connection. Obviously I have not paid any amount to Airtel since I raised the disconnection request several times.
    Now I am getting call from recovery agents mentioning himself to be an advocate asking me go for an out of court settlement and pay up the amount.
    I don't understand this. First you don't pay any attention to my repeated requests and then ask me do a settlement.
    I will definitely like sue Airtel for this sort of harassment in a consumer court. Could someone guide me how to go about doing this.
