    Angry Vodafone Billing Problem



    I have taken a postpaid connection of Vodafone in Chennai. After a month i have stopped using that number because i left Chennai and called to customer care to close my number. They said that they are not able to close it because your bill is not prepared and after you will pay the billed amount we will automatically close the number.
    I said OK then send me e-bill because i am not able to collect hard copies of bills. I started receiving e-bills but they were password protected and i were not able to open by using the combination of password they have sent me.
    After some day a mail came to me that your bill is now 1400 rs. please pay the bill or we will do the legal inquiry. I immediately paid the bill and send them a mail that immediately close my number.

    But i am still receiving bills while i am not using that number and i am not able to open those mails.

    And they have already said to me that my number is dead.

    then why i am getting bills when the number is dead.

    how my bill become 1400.00 Rs. when my limit is just 1000.00 Rs.

    I f i am not going to get any suitable reply from here i will file a complaint in consumer forum against Vodafone for harassment and mental torture.

    Default i am unable to open my mobile bills since May and i received a mail of passcode but i cont open it

    i am unable to open my mobile bills since May and i received a mail of passcode but i can not open it and i did not receive the mobile bill for April and i did not have this kind of problem earlier since 4 years.
