I am using your Vodafone no 9811445452 from last 6-7 year . every thing going fine in my family we are all using Vodafone services
I have purchased I phone 4 in last month – on 25-07-2011, for that I have immediately call on 111 and ask to activate 3g service plane 850 3gb . I was told that I will get 3gd of data in Rs. 850.00
I have new I phone so I have used its service on heavy basis.
I live in Faridabad and here 3G network is not good so I have again called on 111 and tell them regarding this , then he suggest me to activate another 2g plan of Rs. 200.
He told me that when 3g network is not there I will get 2g speed. I will tell him to activate that plan also.
After 2days my cousin also bought I phone 4 . For him I have request on 111 to activate 3G 850 And 2G 200 plan to activate. But that customer care girl told me that when 3g service is not there 2g service is self activated. There is no need to activate any plan like this.
Next day from 111 I got a call for 2g plan activation, I have told No to him.
In the mean time on calling 111 I hear that my used amount is increasing 7000 or 8000.
I inquired on customer care he told me it will adjust when bill will generated. I don’t need to care.
After 2-3 days my service has stopped due to credit limit over.
I called customer care and told to them regarding this and they activate my service again.
On 6-8-2011 time 12.25 request numbers 2204789906 with ms minakshi.
Before this I have talked floor supervisor pardeep of post paid escalation team for this wrong charging amount.
he told me that he had marked mail for this matter to his senior for this . After some days again I called him this time also he told me same thing .
On 07-08-2011 I again called 111 and talked with Floor supervisor Jasbeer Kour post paid escalation team on 13.25 . and again called 11-08-2011 at 15-10 regarding this matter. She also tell me no need to worry it will shorted out.
But nothing has been done till now
Yesterday voice system has activated for pending bill
And today my outgoing has been barred.
Yesterday I have visited Vodafone store at sec-18 noida. I have to wait 90 minute for my turn I was disappointed by management service of their,
And that person there told everything is fine with billing. I have to pay the bill.
But I am not agreeing with it. In last month I called so many time on 111 for this and yesterday spent 02 hours for that.
This is my last try. Please wave of my extra 3g usage from my bill because I have used only 1 GB of my 3GB plan.
For 05 days using you are asking me to pay 5233.00 I cant pay that.
I was told on plan activation I will get 3GB data in 850 rupee. No other thing. Take 850 rs. And adjust balance or
1GB = 10,48,576 KB X 3GB = 31,45,728 kb cost to me 850 rupees according to my plan.
now you are telling me for 12,35,160 KB cost to Rs. 5083.18.
this 12,35,160 kb just cost Rs. 331.00 according to my plan . instead of 331.00 you are asking 5083.00 .
In 5083 rs. i will get 1,88,74,368 KB for next 6 month.
you are suppose to loose a regular customer who is with you from last 10 years. and giving 1500 .00 per month to you
now after 3g service i will pay approx 2500.00 per month
not my this number other my number will also sift form your network.
i cant pay 5083.00 for rs 331 service. ( rs. 4752 more )
your are fooling your customer . if you have to charge like this why your customer care person told me that nothing to worry i will
get whole 3gb data in 850 rs according to my plan. I will disconnect form Vodafone this & my all number.
