Hi,
My name is Srinivas. I am using Vodafone prepaid for the past 6years (nearly).
Last friday (07-Aug-2009) i recharged with Rs14/- bonus STD card (for Rs1/- STD)
(Rs14/- deducted immedaiately). Vodfone people told that it will take 24 hrs to
activate the service, and customer care people told that, you will get SMS if it
is activated. After 24hrs also Re1/- STD was not activated. After 24hrs, i went
to Vodafone shop and given complaint, they told "logged the complaint regarding
this", Vodafone people will be in touch with you by 12-Aug-2009. Till now
(13-Aug-2009), nobody is called and not activated the service. I want to take the
action on this Vodafone. What i need to do?

Even i am notable to connect to Vodafone Customere care also.
