Dear sir/madam,
i acknowledge the mail sent by you on 13th aug 2009 . Please note the mail dosen't
give any solutions to my problems which has been conveyed to your company from time
to time starting 10 july 2009 .
I reitrate that since my number was disconnected by you effective 5-6 th aug 2009
and on 11th aug 2009 i requested to disconnect it permanently to avoid wrong and
undue billings in my name .
As an esteemed customer i am once again requesting the same at the same time to
bring mutually accepted solution to my existing problem .
As informed to me by consumer court i m giving you this final notice/intimation to
resolve my problem in a mutually acceptable solution within next 15 days otherwise
the litigation process will begin wherein as per the law the court procedure will
take place at your cost and consequences.
Copies of this mail are sent to consumer court , mumbai grahak panchayat , trai ,
commissioner of police mumbai.
According to your message i spoke at 12:05 today afternoon and to my surprise i was
told by your representative that they dont have updating of the email sent by you .
I request you to not waste my valuable time in such a manner.
As requested by you i dont want to give my new no. Because i m afraid that u may
pass on my new no. To call centers/militants/gundas for your selfish purposes
