I have a prepaid Delhi IDEA cellular service. My mobile phone was not working in Chennai. I called IDEA customer service 3 times within 10 minutes between 12:5 and 12:15 AM on December 10th and each time the CSR hung up on me, communication was extremely poor and my issue was not resloved. Will IDEA managment please look into it? Thanks.
