RELAINCE GSM....pathetic customer care

    Angry RELAINCE GSM....pathetic customer care

    my name is harmeet singh holder of the mobile number 9015798287, which belongs to Reliance GSM....

    from last 2 months every month I'm giving complaint for balance deduction as i didn't activate any service but balance is getting deducted. first there is no class for reliance customer care as they don't have any kind of sense of speaking on telephone . whenever i call them i always get aggressive as they don't allow me to speak.

    on 2nd august i gave one complaint as 20rs were diducted again from my account. i was told and given commitment that balance would be returned back within 3 days but i didn't receive even a single penny. when i called again on 06.08.09 to specify that why i haven't got any balance then i was told that "sir, complaint was registered to deactivate the service not for balance". when i told them to escalate my call , they disconnected it. then i called again and got my call escalated to someone named "VIRENDER". i again told the whole case but he repeated the same story . when i told him to escalate the call to someone higher him ,first he refused and then disconnected the call.

    i told him about the time when i called which was "2 AUGUST 05:04:23 pm " and then i asked if you say that the complaint was just launch for subscription. then " why don't you listen the recording" but he refused.

    I'm so frustrated with this pathetic customer care and moreover pathetic services.

    if some could help me in this guide me that what should i do, as i would like to file the in consumer court for harassment against Reliance Mobile GSM.

    Unhappy complainn regarding SMS wrongly chanrging by relaince

    Dear Sir,
    i am the subscriber of Reliance GSM since last 7yr(09827171781)........but now i am facing the problem which could not be solved by your customer care though i have complained lots of time and they only committed my complain one time but i could not get solution yet................i am using the SMS pack of Rs 25 which i would get 500 SMS per day but when i SMS to about 200 SMS,after few minutes i receives SMS that "Dear SMS pack user,your Free SMSs for they day is over ,after Which u ll be charged at base tariff for all SMS for Today" then i called to customer care they gave me information, i hav made around 525 SMS though i had made 200 SMS by counting,daily i am losing my main a/c balance cause of problem in system,then why r u charge by my main a/c,when i do SMS under 500 SMS how can u charge me from my main a/c?? i am suffering from this problem since last 5 days but didnt get any solution after complain.
    please consider my problem release me with complain,i hope i would get solution here.
