Dear Sir/Madam

Please refer the below mentioned mail reply which I have received from your
customer support. I really dont expect this kind of reply from a big
telecom industry like Airtel. For my money i have to wait for so long. The
first reply which i have received from your customer support mentioning that
my Airtel number 9987772613 has already been deactivated permanently with
the effect from 01 03 2009.

As informed earlier your refund has already been processed through the
Service Request number 21990638 dated on 26 June 2009 it will deliver to
Kalyan Airtel Relationship Centre (ARC) and we request you to collect it.

When we have visited your ARC they promised that they will dispatch the
cheque at my correspondense address however till date i have not received
refund cheque from you.

I just want my money back, thats it. I need a call back from your customer
care as I m not going to give it up without getting my money back. I am
really very upset due to the way of your branch people and customer care
executive.
I need my money back, it has already been 90 days.
