I (Gaurav Singhal) am using reliance communications postpaid plan 440 (mob. No.9311828122) since Jun 2008. All India calls to reliance mobile including Reliance GSM are free in this plan. But, in May 2011 I requested MNP due to bad network in Reliance & I got a call from reliance regarding MNP they said that Reliance GSM network is better and you opt for IMP from CDMA to RGSM in existing bill plan. I agreed as per their commitment in existing bill plan but on generation of my first RGSM bill I got shocked and talked with customer care to get this resolved, they stopped free calls to Reliance mobiles without any intimations. My complaints are as follows:

1. No intimations by any mean to change the plan tariffs.

2. I made call to customer care after found unexpected unbilled amount but he assured me that there was no change in my tariff and everything will be cleared only after generation of bill (bill date on 7th July).

3. On 12th July my outgoing calls had been barred I came to know that they have stopped free calls to reliance mobile which was continue since starting of this connection and it was promised to continue on this mobile also after change of this number from CDMA to GSM..

4. My outgoing barred on 23rd July’11 while I had complaint about this already on 12th July’11. I continue calling from 23rd July’11 to customer care/ Nodal Centre but always I was told that matter is forwarded. Even after 1 week my problem is still pending.

5. Due to security reason I kept credit limit to Rs. 1000. But, unbilled amount is more than credit limit. No reliance executive has given satisfactory answer on this.

6. On asking about change in tariffs they are telling this is TRAI rule. But company should fulfill their promise that made to customer.

7. Company should waive the amount that was charged due to false/fake commitment.

8. My case may be considered properly so that I and other customers like me can get justice and company's cheating/ executive’s false commitments could stopped.

Further if I can’t get justice at company’s level then I have right to opt legal/TRAI service for justice.
