    Default Harassment by Airtel Collection after incorrect billing

    I have raised a complaint to Airtel Postpaid department on incorrect charges on my delhi postpaid no. 9810126524. For a period during which my phone was switched off, I have been billed Rs 3500 as data charged. Repeated emails and calls on this subject have not been attended to.

    Due to this, I have clearly stated that all payments are on hold till I receive an explanation on the same. Inspite of this, I am being harrassed by airtel collection officers from the no. 01149662035 ("Rajinder"), without any information on this. This agent is also calling random nos. from my bill and pretending to be an agent from some other company (surely illegal?), asking for my new number. I am officially filing a complaint against Airtel for:

    1. Incorrect billing
    2. Harassment
    3. Invasion of privacy

    Please either get the situation cleared or stop this idiotic collection system. Hope this will be attended to!
