    Default airtel: refund of security deposit for international roaming



    I have been deposited Rs. 5000 on 23rd April as a security deposit for the international roaming on my number 8008262635. After that i have requested on 08th may to refund total amount to me. Then i got a mail stating that your amount will be refunded, maximum time for this is 12th July 2011. But no body has contacted me till 12th july. Then again i requested on 12th regarding refund of amount.

    But airtel people had adjusted the amount without taking any concern from me and sent a mail on 21st july that go to any nearby airtel office and collect your amount. Then i went to airtel office located at seetammadhara of vizag with token number 079 on 23rd july. But they dont have any information regarding refund of my amount. And they said that amoubt had been adjusted. How the amount had been adjusted without my concern and what is the proof you are having to adjust the amount. Coz i have given a request on 08th may to refund total amount to me.


    Then i made a call to customer care regarding amount, after a one and half struggle i am able to reach one superviosor and about 25 min talk i didnt get any satisfied answer from them.

    Please resolve my problem
