i took the reliance postpaid conection by paying the security of around 1250/- Rs.(refundable voluntary deposit of 1000/- + 250 securitydeposit) in hyderabad.in sept 1st week i was relocated to chennai so i terminated my reliance connection on 9th of sept and paid my due bill . but since then reliance have not given me the refund of tha 1250 /- Rs i have to personally go there to hyderabad on 3rd october 2008 to get the money but they said it will automatically reach to my place i.e. chennai (i gave them the address) within 45 days . i waited for 45 days but no communication was done to me regarding the payment. aftre 45 days(12 nov 2008) i mailed the customer care and they said i will get the refund within a week but still no refund came .then i have been calling them continously for the refund and they are always saying that i will get the refund within 5-10 days . last time reliance called me on around 5 dec and they said thta they will be sending my check within 10 days but nothing has been done . after 10 days i have been continously mailing them for frefund but they are not at all replying i even called the reliance world of hyderabad from where i took the connection and they said to call me back for refund and they also have not called me back .
i am fed up with their silence so what should i do to get the refund because they have been exceeding their time limit many time now?
