I am Sonam Bairathi. Last month i visited to delhi after checking vodafone site for roaming charges in Cug connection . the charges were nil . i.e. zero at that point of time till the time i asked them i saw my unbilled amount . When I customer services they people said that we regret for incorrect information but we can't reimburse any amount. Secondly I deactivate my sms pack as per their instruction last month and i got the confirmation messages that it will deactivate in 48 hours , but when i saw my this month bill, it was again showing that sms pack is activate .
