Vodafone cheated me by deducting unlawfully for internet usage Myself Sarvesh Jain .
Mobile Number- 9899275472
Residence at rohini sec-7 was a loyal customer for vodafone for past 3 years till they deducted unlawfully a whooping amount of Rs. 272 / on 27/06/2011 and made mine prepaid balance in negative in tune to Rs. 170 .
I was using internet usage bonus card of Rs 95 which provide 2 gb free internet usage. after some days i received message from Vodafone that internet usage limit is exhausted and after that i immediately stop the internet usage.
But after 2-3 hours they deducted 272 balance from mine prepaid account. I contacted Customer care:
Complaint Number -2199593420 , but no action was taken and had wasted Rs 25-30/ while contacting them
This is totally against the spirit of serving customer and its feel fooling customer. I demand justice for this unlawful activity from vodafone end and demands mine money back.
