    Default reliance prepaid connection from reliance web world

    I had purchased a new reliance prepaid connection from reliance web world, PPN Market, Kanpur. My number is: +91-93892-40407. I had paid Rs. 99/- for the connection in which I got a value of approx Rs. 10/-. They told me that if i recharge my account with Rs. 52/- then I will get 100 minutes talktime from reliance to reliance mobile free each month, for next 12 months. I paid them Rs. 52/- and got a confirmation message from reliance that I have recharged my account on 18-06-09 at 18:06 hrs. But that service was not activated on my number. I contacted web world and they said that due to some technical fault it could not be done and it will be activated in 48 hours. But still it was not done. Again on contacting the web world, they said it is not in our hands. I asked them to conver Rs 52/- paid by me into talk value, but again they bluntly refused. I said that if it your technical problem, why did you commit a wrong thing to the customer? but again no reply.
    DamageOccured i could not get the offer activated on my mobile for which i had paid. more-over i had to visit reliance web world many time just to face their irresponsible attitude.
    Required Relief i want the offer to be activated on my mobile

    spoken to customer care regarding do not distrube service activate, but they have
    reply after 45 days services would be activate, but after 6 months has been left,
    and servies not activate, detail are belows.

    Dear Sir,

    I want note down complaint against reliance web world customer care service -karwar uttar state karnataka ,because many time i have
    spoken from last one week many times ,to customer care regarding reliance GSM sim activation ,I have already sumbmitted verfied documents but they have not respond proper.also custmor care she have not knowledge how to speak with customer? how to solve problem? This Lady Know -Responsibility & Authority .

    Please Take Sticktly action against the Custmor Care - Reliance Web Karwar Lady name Sanginta .

    Already I recharged . But my GSM SiM yet not activatioed . Custmer car not give me proper response . THIS Very Shame FUL for RIL Communication

    Default Complain against Reliance Web Wrold Kalbadevi Mumbai

    Dear Sir,
    I am Customer of Reliance Communication from last four years.I Take Mobice from Reliance i 2006.and using same today also,Last week i got massage to produce.the id proof and Add.Proof for rerchekcing ..But the relaince Webworld at kalbadevi Road Navkar Comuication...lingering my staff.He went for four times to submit papers.
    but the webworld is not taking giving excuses..ate last ..they give us one form to fill but its not out job .
    its there Job,,,,,,
    So this is very fraustaered,,thing,,,,Very Wrost Service from Relaince Webworld...

    Thumbs down Complaint against Reliance Web World Data Card Service

    I bought Reliance Broadband + in the Month of Feb 2011 from Gujarat. It worked exactly for 3 days & since then I am Struggling to get it activated. Since every time I call up Customer Care they keep telling me that my No has been barred due to address verification. Having refilled / Submitted the form couple of times to have it re-activated, but till date, 26 April 2011, its still the same.
    I again filled out the form at Relainace Web world Mumbai, but its not activated yet.
    I bought this data card for Rs 3000/= for 3 days usage ! ! !

    I want this to be activated soonest or give me my refund. as its more of time waste getting the stuff re-activated.

    Hopeless service

    i`ve already submitted a complaint.NCR Info Pages has contacted me and got Rs.250 to change my prepaid to postpaid connection. but there is no solution till now. please resolve my problem.

    Default Activation of VAS Packs and deduction of Rs. 90:00

    Gentle-person,
    Is it not a fun, Reliance had deducted Rs. 90:00 from my prepaid Cell (9351003897). To start with I did never make a request for any kind of VAS packs services. Earlier they informed that 2 VAS packs are active, and now they have added one more. The recent reply is for 3 VAS packs active in your account. They are accusing me for their own mistakes of entering wrong data in their records. Am I entering these in Reliance services records? Moreover, does your staff think I cannot spell out my name, date of birth and address correctly. Did I make a sin by choosing your services? Because money is in your hand, you can deduct the way you wish!
    I need cell-phone only to make and receive calls from my family. I do not know even how to write SMS any other information. I asked Dr. Anil K. Tiwari ji interest with Reliance people, please go through a few of the correspondences.
    We are tired of writing the request over and again, and now you people have left no other option for me, but to make these correspondences public, and seek legal action.

Does he/she mean to say that I do not know my date of birth, and what their clerk had wrongly entered into their records is only correct. Moreover, the request is for the allotted Reliance Mobile number 9351003897. These people had deducted Rs. 60:00, for some stupid service, which I have never asked for. Does the Reliance company think by doing these tricks they can fool all around. They have to refund Rs. 60:00 into my account immediately. Even at this moment there are 36 message in the inbox, which I do not like at all. I purchased this service only to make call and receive call, but no other thing.

    Earlier they discontinued the service on this number, and when resumed after one month, they swindled the balance. If the same mischief is repeated, I will forward these correspondences to the electronic media. Does this company think that customers have no other job, but to read their messages, and keep writing them, which all go in vein.
