Recharge Value Credited is very less

    Default Recharge Value Credited is very less

    I have recharged mobile no 9343476231,which is in the name of Mr.Amit Sharan, on 14-6-09 with an amount of Rs.199 by internet banking of my ICICI Bank Account. The amount was debited from my account but the amount credited was just Rs.10. The mobile is under lifetime validity. We tried to get informations from customer care but they told that they are not confirm why it happened and they have no clue about the amount.

    Unhappy Relience poor online service

    Sir

    I had recharged my prepaid acocunt with 399 rs plan in ahich i got 175 rs talk time and one month validity and relience to relience local free. Then after few six day i recharged my account for 200 rs through my ICICI online banking. I did it for Top up, but instead of adding value in my account they put me in other plan in which they just added my validity by one month. They should have mentioned it before recgargind. Moreover htye cancelled my earienr plan also. With that i lost my 200 rs i was not looking for validity which was already there and also they have cancelled my earlier paln of Relience to relience free for which i paid 399 rupess. Now even after paying 599 rupees i neither have balance nor plan and only validity which was laready there.

    Kindly guode me how to proceed against them
