I am ussing an Airtel Connection under Cell No 9967042717 and had requested Airtel for deactivation of the blackberry services through e mail on 8th April -09. I am still being charged for the Blackberry services from Airtel. On contacting Customer services i was assured that the amount has been wrongly charged and the same will be updated in another 48 hours arround a month back and also there will be no deactivation of services on this no due non payment as the charges were wrongly charged.
But my outgoing services were deactivated two weeks back and after sending repeated mails to customer services i havent recieved any response from their side.
Also on visiting the Airtel Gallery i was told that their system is under upgradiation and they will not be able to help till 17/07/09.
I have all the corrospondence that i had with Airtel from last two months on this subject ang even the corrospondence refrence no.
I have gone through lot of inconvience because of Airtel for no fault of mine and its been only false commitments from their side since last 2 months.
Pls advice how i can initiate a legal action for the same.
