    Angry unnecessary deduction of balance

    I would like to complain about Airtel & thier worst service. They unnecessarily deducted my balance of Rs 99 2 time a week without any reason or downloading anything & they are blaming me that i have used thier services. I have visted thier office talked with executives i have even send e-mail to thier Nodal Officer of gujrat & i didnt got any satisfactory reply from his side. They say that according to thier database i have downloaded certain content from thier site, even though i havent done that.

    So i am expecting justification for that from your side.

    Last night I received a sms from Airtel and an amount of Rs.99 was deducted from my account.
    Airtel number : 9987681678 (Mumbai)

    SMS details-

    sender : AD-54321
    sms received at 11:06PM - 14th November 2010 - Jamshedpur(Jharkhand)
    SMS content : "Thanks for downloading Pirates of Caribbean from Airtel and you have been charged Rs.99. Join GamesClub at 'website link'."

    I tried calling Airtel customer care executive for the same. First customer care executive kept me on hold for a couple of minutes and then disconnected the call, second one said that they don't have sufficient details as this number is in roaming so I will get a call from customer care within 2 hours. I didn't got any calls from them and my problem is still not resolved. Please help me.
