Dear Sir,
This is again to bring to your notice that despite of the removal of caller tune services from your call center, your company has again charged me of Rs. 10, on 8/07/2009, for yet another caller tune, which is unauthorised as well as unethical. And again I had to request to your customer service cell to remove such caller tunes.
Is there's any Answer for this????
So far, a sum of Rs. 40 has been deducted by your company without any authorisation. This is really unethical and shameful.
Now, I have no other option left except to go to the Consumer Dispute Forum, Jaipur.

Dear Sir,
This is in continuation of my last email to you. It's again very sad to say that your company has again deducted Rs.10 in between these 3 days without any authorisation.
This cheat which you have done this time, has really shattered my trust on Reliance Telecom.
And This time I have removed these (caller tune) services from your call center, so that no other charges may be deducted in future by your own behalf. Please take note of it.
Is there answer for this re-unauthorised deduction? And If possible, try to revert my unauthorised deducted balance.
Saurabh Madaan.

Dear Sir,
I am surprised to receive your ONE LINE answer straight way refusal for waiver of the amount without going to the actual matter.
If this small amount of Rs.20.00 is not reversed by you with in 3 days of this

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you about the wrongful & unauthorized debit made to my prepaid Reliance Mobile No. 09314230837. The wrong happened as follows:
On Thursday, June 25th, 2009, I received a Call from one of your customer service center. Just on receiving the call, a lady asked me, “The kind of songs you like”. I told her Hindi, and instantly she played some unclear tape over there and after a little time, the call ended. At that time, my prepaid a/c balance was Rs. 84.14.
But ironically, on 26th June, 2009, I received a message from no. 52345, describing that “Caller tune has been successfully downloaded to your phone”.
On that, I checked my prepaid a/c balance, which was surprisingly at Rs.64.14 i.e. an unauthorized debit of Rs. 20 had already been made to my A/c no.
After that, I called to your Customer Service Center by dialing *333, asking about the wrongful & unauthorized debit, but the response I got from an employee (who named himself as “Wasim”) was even pitiful. He straightaway refused to register my complaint by saying that caller tune was set on your demand even when I never gave my consent for subscribing to such services.
I am constrained to draw your kind attention to the matter that such a cheat & deceptive act is not happening to me for the first time. Earlier also, your company has made such unauthorized deductions from my A/c. and always this had been followed up by series of conversation with you and the officials of your company. These deceptive & unauthorized act on behalf of your company are really sick & disgusting and does not suit to the company which boasts themselves as the no. 1 Telecom of India. If these practices would continue as usual, I am sure that in future no body would trust on the brand ‘Reliance Communication’ and you may lose many of your worthy customers as well.
I request you to please consider the above matter objectively and revert back my unauthorized lost balance of Rs.20 to my A/c as early as possible otherwise I will have no option except to go to Consumer Dispute Forum for my lawful rights.
Thanks
