This is very disappointing. This is 4th time, I am charged with wrong Bill by VODAFONE in last 1 year.
This time I have been charged Rs. 92 for ‘iPhone internet’ which I have never done. Am a blackberry user and I am NOT using any BBM services or GPRS still how I can be charged for internet usage?
Also for the 4th time, Caller Tunes has been activated AUTOMATICALLY on my number and being charged for it.
Every time am calling 111 customer care and they say request has been sent and you will be deactivated in 4 hrs but that 4hrs never comes. May I know the reason for this?
If this type of mistakes are continued, then we have to think about changing the service provider.
As of now, attached is my bill, send me my new bill without ‘iPhone internet’ deducing Rs. 92. Kindly look into this matter from your side.
