    Angry Complaint of Vodafone Postpaid Service for charging wrong bill and fraud

    Dear Team Consumer Forum,

    This is to inform you that Vodafone Pospaid Service has charged me a wrong bill since month of Feb, 2011 and still they are not coming up with proper resolution. I am cordinating with them since months but all the staffs are useless and no revert them. It seems to be pure cheating to customers.

    I need you help to get my money back.

    Default Wrong Charges in Bill and Automatic activation of

    Hello,


    My number is 9920479522

    This is very disappointing. This is 4th time, I am charged with wrong Bill by VODAFONE in last 1 year.

    This time I have been charged Rs. 92 for ‘iPhone internet’ which I have never done. Am a blackberry user and I am NOT using any BBM services or GPRS still how I can be charged for internet usage?

    Also for the 4th time, Caller Tunes has been activated AUTOMATICALLY on my number and being charged for it.

    Every time am calling 111 customer care and they say request has been sent and you will be deactivated in 4 hrs but that 4hrs never comes. May I know the reason for this?

    If this type of mistakes are continued, then we have to think about changing the service provider.

    As of now, attached is my bill, send me my new bill without ‘iPhone internet’ deducing Rs. 92. Kindly look into this matter from your side.

Kindly note that the charges levied towards iPhone usage charges are accurate and we will be unable to reverse the same.     Sir,

    i am sachin patel, my vodafone mob no is 9879222011

    i have purchase vodafone billing connection(CUG Connection),
    our schme is 99 monthly rental and 100 local sms & local calls free but i have not benefit so i have complain in vodafone store and they gave benefit me, but last two months i have not benefit this scheme.

    so please do the needfull or transfer postpaid to prepaid connection.
