I was a TATA Idicom Customer. My number was 9212734432. I made a telephonic request on their customer care no. for discontinuation of my number on 27th March 2009. The Request no. for the same was 165318957. I did not use this number after this as i was told that my number will be disconnected within 4 days. I paid the next bill as full and final. But after a few days I again got the bill amounted Rs. 344 with an adjustment of Rs. 299.99 I was shocked to know that my disconnection request was not entertained. So again spoke to their customer care and asked for reason of not disconnecting the number then the CCE accepted that it was a mistake and he assured me that i wont have to pay any bill and my security money would be fully refunded. But Yesterday again i have got a bill of that number and Rs. 230 has been deducted from my security money. I dont understand why a customer request is not entertained?? Why should a customer suffer for their mistakes? I request you to please do the needful.
