We understand the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you that the GPRS zero rental service was active on your number since the time of SIM activation and the same has been deactivated with effect from 21st February 2011.
We further wish to inform you that the charges levied are correct towards GPRS (browsing usage).Hence, we are unable to reverse the charges.
Request you to verify now as the services to call on customer care helpline has been reactivated.
