sir,
i have booked airtel connection and their executive coem to my home and before
giving connection they asked me for the money to submit .after submitting the money
on 26-5-09 they called my and told me tht in my loality there are not having lines
on 3-6-09 . today is 28-6-09 and till now they are not giving my any money and
whenever i called them they uses rude language and customer care also does not help
me . what should i do please help me
