    Default Airtel overcharging for 3g services even after registering complaint on 1st may.

    hi,
    i hv got myself a 3g connection vid a 675 rupee plan activated on it. it has 1.25 gb free usage and then after it services wld b charged with 1paisa per 100kb till a shield value of 2000 rupees i.e i could hv used arnd 13-14 gb but its not happening coz of their overcharging. My total usage as of now is 6.19 gb including free usage of 1.25 gb. thus money deducted from my balance as per plan should have been 510 rupees(for 5gb usage which be reached when my usage is 6.75gb) but i have been charged with 790 rupees. Right now my usage is 6.84 gb and i hv been charged with more then 900 rupees.
    i called customer care 4 times, 1st time call got disconnected (may b n/w prob), 2nd time they told me ur call is being transferred to our senior and then kept waiting but no response and i ended the call myself after arnd 13 mins, 3rd time the executive told that he is fetching info so kindly hold and again line went blank n no response, 4th time he told me that we have noted your complaint n you will get a call from our side and the complaint no is being msged to you but again i received no msg stating my complaint no and last but not the least for all the calls to customer care they charge 50 paise for 3 mins. i guess they their executives this way i.e you shld not resolve the prob n keep the customers waiting so that your salaries are raised out of customer's balance.
    really sick company...!!!
    my no on which complaint is registered is 8755205342 and in case u need to contact me then u can get me o 9027750629 coz 8755205342 is always i the datacard ever operated or used in a cell phone.

    Thumbs down over charging for 3g-defintely true,its real fact

    8870883700 [tamil nadu, chennai]my airtel number,i did 101ec for 100mb 3g pack,after that i log in to the net by connecting my mob with lap,i just login gmail and i attach my resume72kb and then i forward it one mail id,for this airtel charged 1400plus in my account,if this continues airtel will loss customer with over night, i make call to 198
    i ask them to tAKE MY COMPLAINT TO HIGHER LEVEL,THEY RETURN BACK 300 RUPEES,If so AIRTEL charged genuinely means why u return 300 to my account after my call to 198.I request you to proceed my complaint .Please return back my amount.Give related log for my usage .

    friends anybody face this kind of issue, contact me, unity is strength which is one airtel wants to know ,i am using airtel for 6plus years, i feel lot to change my network,nowadays service is poor.Please resolve my issue,return my amount
