    Default Reliance CDMA Prepaid Mumbai - Talktime not given on promo recharge

    For my mobile no 9320730079, I was looking for the best recharge plan available in Mumbai circle. On May 15, 2011 to know more about that I dialled 151515, the automated voice response got me only one offer and that was "Recharge with Rs. 65 and get Rs. 59 core talk time and additional 6 rs as promo balance with a validity of 7 days."

    I did recharge with the same denomination using net banking only to get a talk time of Rs. 56.93. To get to know more about this, I did call *333 and inform the customer care executive about the discrepancy. Not to be surprised, the customer care executive was not aware of the above and showed his ignorance towards the above offer. I politely asked to dial 151515 by himself and check the offer. After all annoying conversation with him, I disconnected the call. A difference of Rs 6. does not make a big difference for me at least but its a clear cut cheating by the vendor in context of promo offers. No wonder people tend to leave such telecom vendor for more reliable ones.
