To the concerned,

Airtel has been deducting from my prepaid balance sometime for the download of a Java game and some times for renewal of a service. I am losing balance almost once every 2 weeks. Me calling up customer care has no use. They tell me that I have clicked on a link and hence the balance has been deducted.

Today, it has gotten even worser. They charged me Rs. 50/- yesterday for download of a Java game and today it they have charged me of Rs. 30/- for renewal of a service called video_mod. I have never activated such a service and there is no reason it should be renewed. All I get when I call customer care is transfer to supervisor and the for ever ringing phone.

This is really atrocious. Citizens are being forced to accept what ever charges airtel applies with no chance to prove the case of wrong billing.
