My TATA INDICOM number is 9223229307. I am making maximum calls to other tata numbers. I have a plan called "honest 450", which allows free tata to tata calls. Number of outgoing calls on tata numbers is very high. Now I am getting calls from tata that I should deposit the minimum amount or the service will be stopped. I dont understand why they kept my credit limit to just Rs 500 when I am using a postpaid connection. I opted for a postpaid connection because my usage is always high. When I called the customer care, the executive said that right now I have to pay the amount and it will get discounted when the next bill gets generated. I have already paid Rs 1342 once. But my usage on other tata numbers is so high that I have again crossed the credit limit. Now tata is again asking me to pay the money or the serivces will be discontinued. I requested them to increase my credit limit to atleast Rs 5000 so that my services are not stopped and anyhow my calls are going to tata numbers which by any means will be discounted at the billing date. So on this tata says that to increase the credit limit you have to pay in advance the money. Why should I pay the money when I know that my calls are free of cost ( tata to tata ) ? This is a harassment for the customer. If tata indicom can not increase my credit limit to Rs 5000 then I am willing to cancel this service and go with some other service provider. This is the first time I have used Tata number. Its a very frustrating experience for me. I dont want to pay amount after every 7 days. I can pay the amount only once the bill is generated. I dont have the money in cash. I am using my credit card to make the payments to tata indicom. I am getting into more debt because of the policies of tata indicom. When tata stops the services I have to use my airtel number to make outgoing calls . This airetl number is on roaming. I am unnecessarily paying the roaming charges to airtel. If tata indcom can not resolve my problem then ple
When Tata stopped my services for the first time I had to make the outgoing calls to other numbers from Public STD booths as well from my airtel roaming number. I had to go to the public STD booths to make the calls because in mumbai airtel network is not very good. I have already made calls of more than Rs 1000 from Public STD booths and Rs 700 from airtel roaming number. Apart from this I had to use my internet connection for writing emails to Tata indicom to resolve my problem. I have spent Rs 500 on accessing the internet. I had to spend charges in travel to go to the STD booths. I have spent Rs 200 on travel. I do online share transaction over phone. Because tata indicom connection was not working on the day I had to sell the shares , I made a loss of Rs 10000. I have spent RS 12400 because of the inconvenience caused by TATA INDICOM to me . Tata Indicom should pay Rs 12400 to me.
